We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Everything was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable and the room was larger than expected. Check in was easy, and the free breakfast though limited was pretty good. There is also a refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher in the room. It felt like a small studio apartment.

There were too many for my husband to kill because they scurried into the areas between the kitchen back splash and the kitchen wall. Truly disgusting!!! We paid almost $300 for one night and expect that for that price---at a minimum---the room will be free of bugs.

I had to call booking.com several times, and while they said they would take care of it or relocate us, they did not call us back for almost an hour. By then we had made other arrangements and it took a long stint on the phone to get refunded.
