Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

More handicapped parking spaces are needed. Also adding more protein to the fast might be healthier.
The staff were very good, especially Gregory. It was all very clean and the breakfast staff were very good.

I would suggest more handicapped parking
I liked it all!! The staff are terrific. Gregory really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything. The rooms were very, very clean and welcoming and I really felt comfortable. I was here for an extended period of time and it was like being at home.

There was a short hair. Maybe a genital areas hair. That's it.
Everything was very comfortable in the room when it came to the bed and the sofa. It was very accessible and I wish we could have gotten the top floor but i got the 2nd which was still very nice.

The only thing is that booked for 3 people and my son was going to use the sofa bed, but when we got to the room the sofa bed wasn't made up, so we had to open it ourselves and put the sheets on.
Very attentive staff, comfortable room, clean and with lots of facilities. Good breakfast.

By 8am, the hot breakfast selection was empty. After a 10 minute wait, we settled for take and go muffins, hard boiled eggs and yogurt.
Convenient to University of Wisconsin. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The front desk staff was friendly.

Very close and walkable to the Alliant Center. Very nice and comfortable room. Very good breakfast with plenty of tables for guests to sit and eat. Coffee available all day. Nice restaurant next door.

Not completely soundproof. I could definitely hear the person above walking (sounded like stomping) around. But I never heard noises from the hallway or from the occupied rooms beside me.
Beautiful hotel room, spacious and relaxing. I loved the kitchenette area, even provided silverware, knives, cutting board, plates, and cups. Comfortable bed and couch with an ottoman and plenty of end tables. Large smart tv.

A fenced area for dogs would have been nice as the property is right by the Beltline. (We kept our dog leashed, of course.)
Everything was great. Our room was spacious and quiet. I didn’t eat the breakfast but my partner said it was good. I did use the gym which was very well equipped and clean. They had some treats and information about local dog parks for our dog.

All great! Perhaps you could include more gluten-free options for the breakfast buffet.
Our hotel room had two queen size beds, and a pull out sofa. With the sofa opened, we still had plenty of room to walk around it. We loved the full-size refrigerator! This was the perfect room for our family!

The breakfast was very similar everyday but always nice.
As a solo female traveler I felt safe and the staff couldn’t be more helpful I used the pool everyday it was always quiet and clean.

Breakfast is the only downside at this hotel. Not much of a chooses.
I spent 10 days at this hotel. Highly recommended for families of all sizes. Safe neighborhood. The rooms are big and clean. The location is great and you are close to many places. At the doorstep is Starbuck and Liberty station restaurant. Parking on site. Housekeeping is good, and the rooms have all the amenities you need. The gym and the swimming pool are also good. Check-in and check-out were so smooth.
