You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe hotel should consider extending breakfast time during the holidays. There were a lot of families during my stay that came down to breakfast at almost closing time. This created chaos and there wasn't enough food for all the guests. Worse was the staff shutting down the breakfast as people are reaching for food.
Excellent location next to all the shopping and dining; it's also walking distance to the Convention Center. The facilities are new, clean. The gym has a Peleton. The staff was nice and helpful.

People at front desk are very sweet and same for cleaning staff. The room was very clean and it had a small kitchen which was very convenient. also they provide toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers which is great!

United States of AmericaThe sofa bed in the room was awful not even a bed but a metal mattress of springs. It was so terrible. A/C in the room wasnt working great made loud noises from time to time so couldn’t sleep well. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

Arrived at 7pm on evening of 1/16 and this young lady at the counter was very unpleasant. She apparently didn’t speak spanish, mind you at an area where it’s 80% spanish speaking customers. She then gave my wife and I the worst room 101, room was clean but since it was right next to the exit we kept hearing the door slam close. To top it off in the morning @9am there was loud banging right next to our room. As we were leaving, we came to find they were fixing an exit door right next to our room. At 9am on a Sunday morning when my wife and were thinking of getting some much needed rest, this was the worst place to think of getting it. Very disappointed Hilton, train your employees better and leave the loud repair issues until after noon time.
