Check in clerk was not welcoming. Indifferent. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but the way it was served was not great. Only one or two items left and not very warm.

Very inattentive staff. One day we were left without breakfast due to employee calling sick. When we complained, we were told that the manager will get back to us to resolve the issue. No one ever called back. We left numerous messages to no avail. Stay there on on assumption that all go well. I never expected this from Hilton property

You could hear dogs barking in other rooms. The price was too much for the small space and the room lacked many of things such as paper towels, soap for dishes. The pool was closed for the kids.

I don't really have any problems.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. I felt at home there. The rooms were a nice size could have brought the family. I really really enjoyed the shower and the fact that they had body wash in the shower.

Considering that covid has changed alot about how hotels are doing things, I understand that the breakfast was different. So that would have been my only complaint, but I'm not complaining about it.

The breakfast was feasible. Ofcourse considering that is was "take-away" breakfast I couldn't have expected too much. And the location was in a safe area. The proximity of the location was safe looking as well.

First maskless holiday break since the pandemic began, they should have anticipated higher occupancy and staffed up to provide a hot cooked breakfast, as provided in other hotels in Germantown.

I was only there for 8 hours. All I needed was a bed,a toilet, coffee, and tv. Coffee in the room was mediocre. Coffee in the lobby T 5:00 am was ice cold! I had to leave too early for free breakfast. The tv in my room had no video, just audio. The screen was frozen on some creepy looking man. I was there for the St Jude Marathon.

Everything was excellent. Lauren and Larry that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. Let us check in early. Even though it wasn’t check in time yet. Room was exceptionally clean. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Will be choosing Home 2 Suites again when I travel. Or come back to the Memphis area. Great property!!!!!

Half the time no was at the desk and then when asked questions they didn’t know the answers. Blow dryer did work. No shampoo or soap in the dispenser in shower. Refrigerator was nasty. Lobby was closed several nights early coming back from conference couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. Breakfast was ok. I think next I will stay down the road at lower rate because I didn’t get anything special paying more.
