Bathroom in our room was not cleaned. It has smeared something on the door and shower had hair still from the previous stay. Dishes weren’t clean anywhere so I didn’t trust the real cleanliness. Late Saturday night around 7 received a knock in the door that startled me just to ask if I wanted towels but the person knocking didn’t have towels, that should probably be handled with a call if you don’t even have towels, I was getting out of the shower and the guy knocked twice so I thought it was my husband without his room key.

My family found the pool nice I liked that it was a saline pool. Having waffles are always great for breakfast. It was great having under ground parking. The storage and space in the room was perfectly sized for my family.

Small the bed. The curtains didnt block completely the windows and let some light enter the room. I asked for a taxi service and the receptionist told me that they accept credit card, but when I was paying the driver told me he didnt accept payment with card, lucky I have some cash with me.

The ammenitties look very well. The room was good and I like that have a main switch for light

the fact that cleaning service was knocking on the door around 9ish to see at what time we’re leaving that’s kind of rude because front desk person told us at the moment we check in… so I feel like I was rush out and not in a nice way…. probably won’t come back… other than that everything was amazing

The hot tub was down for the entire 5 days we were there which was a downer. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of the worst continental breakfasts I’ve had. There were very few options and often most things were empty with no one refilling them. The only other thing was the hidabed was terribly uncomfortable. I mean I knew it would be and my son was the one sleeping on it so I don’t care but for any adult who is planning to sleep on it, maybe book a room with an actual 2nd bed instead.

The one bedroom suite was very spacious and I liked that it had the kitchenette. I liked that it was close to valley fair and mall of America. Although it wasn’t right across the street, they were both a short drive and the room was far less expensive. Lots of restaurants and store close to the hotel within walking distance as well was nice. Ample parking and a market in the same parking lot was such a bonus!

The staff were very nice and helpful! they provide free shuttle rides! Our view from our room was beautiful and surrounded by a lot of good shopping places! very pleased!
