The beds were not comfortable, the couch bed is so bad and isn’t worth considering as an option to sleep on.

The room was spacious with a lot of desk space for our many bags. Heather at the front desk was extremely friendly and welcoming, she went the extra mile. A Whole Foods and lots of places to eat in walking distance makes this a great location.

Our room did not smell. Wry good. I think someone before us domed in there and was allowed to. It smelled like cigarettes. I have asthma and I’m very sensitive to that

We were sad the weather didn't allow us to sit outside around the fire pits.. Vanity light in bathroom not working--shouldn't happen. Only 1 regular coffee pod in the room...this is a basic amenity and should have been checked. Otherwise everything was great. BTW the queen rooms should have a king bed--plenty of room!

Sunday morning Manager went out of his way for us..superior customer service. Room very clean! Felt new!

Our stay was amazing and exceeded our expectation in most areas. Here are just a few that did not meet or exceed them: Pool: There were no towels in the pool area, had to ask front desk each time we used the pool. Room: Shower stall floor was extremely slippery. No Keurig machine in room, I feel like this is a new standard that the room was missing (specially bc I called ahead to confirm and was a Keurig and was told they did have one in the room.) There was a small 2-cup coffee maker but only 1 packet of caffinated coffee in room. We didn't request more bc we ran to Dunkin or downstairs to the lobby to get larger coffees. Breakfast: Great overall! Oatmeal, yogurt, 4 juices, cereal, bagels, toast. My only 2 complaints (1) Except for one morning, all breakfast sandwiches had sausage on them. There were none w just egg & cheese or bacon, egg & cheese. (2) There was also no ketchup for breakfast sandwiches.

The room was amazing! Great size for a family! 2 queen beds and a pull out sleeper sofa. Full kitchen w a set of dishes, utensils, cooking utensils, cookware, etc! Privacy curtain between beds and living space was a nice bonus. Pool was great for the kids and lounge chairs nice addition for parents! The lobby was nice and clean. The outdoor patios were a great place to gather!

The other guests arriving at 3 am and being so loud that I could hear them through the walls. Slamming doors in the middle of the night. Very hard bed that seemed to be a full size bed but should have been a queen size.

I can't think of anything that could be improved!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were in town for a worship team conference with 13 people. There were multiple places to sit and chat with our group. Facilities are bright and clean and modern. Located near lots of restaurants. Thankfully there were also microwave pizzas to purchase at the front desk for those who didn't feel up to heading out because it was snowing.
