Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room rate did not change to final 2 quest rate due to third party rules I was told by hotel. Arrangements were made a year ahead and the other 4 could not attend due to work obligations. I was not aware of this at the time and thought we would be charge the 2 quest room rate. Also there was a $50 / day fee we were not aware of that occur. No portal assistance available to help unload car.

Garage entrance steep. No signs where to unpack card. Daily fees a little high.
Close to meetings at convention center. Unit had a kitchen.

That we tried getting into the parking garage and the doors wouldn’t open (which I understand things happen) but it was at 3am and I tried calling to see what we could do and the guy told me on the phone he didn’t know and I could drive around the block. That was frustrating considering you have to pay for parking

Didn’t realize that the parking wasn’t included until I got my bill. Thought it was a little expensive for a staying guest at $40.
Room was nice and big, worked well for our family of 6. Location was awesome. Breakfast was very good and we loved the games in the front lobby. Could have stayed longer.

Everything about this hotel was awesome
Perfect location, nice happy helpful staff, best breakfast ever, so much to eat and so many options, cute hot chocolate bar and awesome guest area with pool table, foosball table and shuffle table plus music and a little cute store on site! This is so far THE BEST Home2suites Hotel we’ve been to! I already bragged about it to our family and friends and my dad who was visiting from Brazil was super impressed with the quality of the breakfast served! Oh and the garage is a plus; super safe and only guests can come in

They are totally not for long time customers. I said in my room dish washer doesn't work and they don't did nothing. So, I fixed that dishwasher for my good time. . They never ask me about that

I loved it all!!! I will always stay here when I visit.
I loved the proximity to downtown Nashville this hotel provided. We walked everywhere while we were here. Broadway, The Bridgestone, all the museums, and amazing food from Assembly Food Hall was all in walking distance. So if you don’t want to rent a car or pay for parking while you stay this needs to be your go to hotel every time!

It would have been really useful to have a safe in our room.
Lovely large room! Spotlessly clean, very quiet, great location. Fantastic breakfast, loved the pancake machine! Great having 24 hour access to coffee, tea, iced water & muffins in reception. All the staff were great, really helpful & friendly. Particular mention to Sacha who went out of her way to help & advise us on Nashville.

You have to pay for parking. I think it should be included in your stay.

Would have liked to have firmer mattresses. That is just our personal preference on mattresses. The bed was still comfortable enough to sleep on.
The front desk customer service was helpful and friendly. The security of the building and room was great. They had a good breakfast buffet. The room was nice. It was almost like a apartment with the kitchenette included.

The water in the shower was warm
The location was excellent to all the local attractions. The breakfast was great. Sasha at the front desk was very friendly and had a great attitude. Love the family atmosphere.
