Breakfast wasn't restocked. Food on floor, so much that I was concerned of two seniors slipping and falling! Bathroom sink wasn't attached to counter-- held with one hand and used other to turn on the water.

We were running out of towels and tp. When tp replaced, it was just set on vanity counter, never put on holders. Bed was poorly made. Housekeeping staff friendly but not thorough.

Sadly the rooms lacked 'sound proofing'. The people in the room above ours spent the whole evening walking back & forth and seemed to enjoy jumping up and down!!!!! We had to turn up the volume on the TV to drown them out. Breakfast was mayhem......kids running everywhere and shouting to each other, not a good experience.

Our room was excellent. A studio type room with sofa, small kitchen area equipped with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and lots of dishes & cutlery. The king size bed was also comfortable but although the bedding was clean it certainly wasn't ironed. In the lobby it was possible to purchase some pre-packed meals ready for the microwave.

The carpet in the room needs to be deep cleaned, it smelled like bad feet. Carpet fresh wouldn't help it, it needs deep clean . That smell made it an unpleasant stay

The TV was dirty. The rugs need to be cleaned, I walked across after my shower and my feet were gray and full of lint. The breakfast was not clearly marked and I was unable to eat due to my allergies. When I spoke to front desk I felt they weren't listening to me.

Pet fee is high.

Overall the hotel is very nice. It is located very near, about 200 yards from a motor race track which is very noisy when in use. The pet fee is higher than we paid at the Hampton Inn one night before.

We had a suite suite room. The bed on booking.com said it was a king. It was NOT. Front desk says it's a queen but it looked to be a full to me. So we pulled out the sofa couch. It was.... very flimsy. I didnt expect a thick mattress but it wasn't even somewhat thick. The room was 6 -7 /10 clean for my expectations. There was chewed up gum on the floor next to the bed, dirty kitchen handles everywhere, dirty fridge and freezer and a decent amount of hair in bathroom and walkway. The room was missing an ice bucket so I got another from a different room and it was missing an ice bag. The sofa couch didn't have a top sheet and only one pillow. The front desk agent was very nice and even offered the last room but it was nearing 9pm and my kiddo was nearly asleep. I had contemplated even mentioning the cleanliness of the room because I dont like to be that person.

Great coffee! Staff very nice Size of the room was nice ( should be for what I paid for it lol) Breakfast was pretty great. Lots of options. The waffle station was nice but it was missing the butter spray and the mix was too thick so the waffle was nearly cardboard. The pool was a great size but SO cold. Location was nice. It was near stores.

I thought the room could have been better prepared. There was dust on the refrigerator and dead flies on the floor (that was what I saw when I walked in) I suggest a little TLC prior to check in especially since there is no housekeeping on a daily basis.
