* Pool and hot tub were very small. * Pool and hot tub water was freezing! Even in upper 90* weather, it was too cold to swim in (and enjoy it). * Non-locking bathroom doors in the rooms - doors slide open/closed with no way to lock them while occupied. * Front desk confusion when we checked in - had to call a manager in to help settle the dispute... I booked online through booking.com and paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. When we got there, they tried to recharge me for both rooms even though I had the confirmation info printed out from booking.com as well as the email from the hotel confirming payment and reservations. Maybe just lack of training for staff? 20min later the manager came and pulled our room right up and got us our room keys.

* Location was great. Easy in/out access to get to near by destinations as well as tons of fast food places and Walmart within a 2 min drive. * Breakfast was amazing! * Liked the washer/dryer area - sank the boat in Lake Powell so what clothing was salvaged, we could wash/dry for the remainder of our stay. * Loved the large rooms, lots of counter space, couches and the full kitchen with appliances!

Asked for ground level floor (easier with dog) but was given third floor room. Hot tub was out of order and pool was being cleaned so we were unable to swim. Shower door didn’t seal and therefore leaked all over floor.

Convenient location. Good hot breakfast options. The room was spacious, modern and clean. We appreciated the dishes, full size fridge and dishwasher.

I have been charged twice for the two nights I stayed there and still wait for the refund. The staff should be more helpful and well trained.

Pool was smaller than most cheaper hotels. I thought this hotel being more expensive than a budget place would have a better pool than a budget hotel. Water was also murky. Hot tub was colder than the pool and was closed half the time. Weight room location is awkward. Every person who enters the hotel watches the people work out while they pass or wait for the elevator. Poor placement, but could be made better with some opaque film or etching added to the windows. Never any forks for breakfast. Hot plate availability in rooms is great, but there are no real exhaust fans, so when the adjoining room cooks asian food, the smell finds it's way in both rooms and stays for a long time. Our room stank for a day.

Our room was located right across from the ice machine which could be loud as other guests got ice late at night. The hot tub was not much warmer than the pool - both were really cold.

Breakfast was disappointing. There is a picture in the elevator of a breakfast egg bowl that looks good. Unfortunately, it is nowhere to be found in the dining area.

They did not recognise the prepayment of the reservation. My card was charged twice. Booking.com customer service was needed to resolve the situation.

People working there are not very serviceable and can be plain rude. Pool was out of order and didn’t see anyone trying to fix it or do something about it.

The hotel is tightly sqeezed between two driveways, not very busy but still noisy. No possibility to open windows (have fresh air). Refrigitator and A/C make also lots of noise

Breakfast is not healthy, but still good for US. The hotel is quite new, but not fresh. If you are looking for the kitchen - it's good choice.
