The shower door leaked, and we forgot to report it to the staff at the hotel

The air-conditioned unit was very noise as soon as we started it first time. The maintenance guy changed the whole unit within an hour. We found a big fast insect (one inches long) the second day. The maintenance guide gave us an insect catcher and we got the insect the night after. Thanks.

The breakfasts were OK. Location perfect, the furniture was more than expected. (Dishwasher in an hotel room, Wow) The solutions of our problem were well executed. Personal took them in charge and solved it rapidly.

The room was not clean. There was a huge stain behind the toilet seat, the shower was dirty and there was a napkin next to my night stand. The breakfast was not tasty at all and the selection was very limited.

The property has free parking a very spacious room and three washers and driers.

The in room refrigerator was loud. The compressor hummed throughout the night.

Front desk staff were super friendly and speedy. Location is very convenient to highway, restaurants and close to a trail/hike. Property was clean and amenities/services were as advertised.

We were looking forward to going in the hot tub after a long day's hike, but the hot tub was not operational---bummer!!!! On the second day of a three night stay, I requested room service (cleaning/refresh of towels...) at approximately 9:30 am (before the 11 am cutoff time to request this service)--it didn't happen:(

It is a great location-close in proximity to many local sites to see. It is quiet and clean.

The breakfast was less than desirable. The bread had green mold on it and at the time of opening, the coffee container was empty. There was an event in Page that day where participants had to be there early . You would expect the staff would ensure that all was ready for the guests .

The hotel was pristine. The breakfast selections were hearty and tasty. The hotel is in close approximation to all of the different activities we had planned. The staff was helpful in recommending restaurants in the area.

The staff when we checked in wasn’t friendly. She did the job but we didn’t get the feeling that we’re welcome to ask questions. Fridge in the room was noisy so we unplugged it for the night.

We only stayed for one night and it was a good value for money. We paid about $80 and got a room on the first floor. Bed was good, room was spacious, and had all amenities needed including a kitchenette. The breakfast was good and included eggs, a cereal bar, muffins, bagels, and a pan cake maker. Hotel is 5 minutes away from downtown page and 2 minutes from the dam and scenic route.

The room was nice, clean and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, nicely presented and a lot of stuff to choose from.

Breakfast could go use a bit more variety especially with fruits. And would have rated 10 but coffee/hpt water was warm to cold when it should be hot.

Hot tub and pool out of action - apparently broken down for over a week and no date to get fixed! Only fruit available at breakfast was 1 apple Generally bland and uninteresting breakfast - no bacon, nuts, sauces, etc. Disposable cutlery - no evidence of recycling

The room we stayed at, 229 - the shower door's plastic lining and the door itself are defective. The plastic lining and the door need to be fixed coz the water comes out of the shower and drips onto the towel that we placed just outside the shower door. Also, we noticed that the right corner of the bathroom mirror has a huge crack on it.

The property's proximity to the places we intended to visit is extremely convenient. Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon are just within minutes away from it.

No complaints.

Right at the center of Page, at walking distance to Glen Canyon viewpoint, with exceptional hiking trials right at the dam. Close to many attractions including Horseshoe Bend, Glen Dam Visitor Center, Lake Powell, and hiking places such as Hoodoo Toadstool, Lone Rock Beach, etc. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was average to below average at best. Not much selection and very little healthy options. The fridge in our room was terribly loud. Had maintenance come once but couldn’t fix it, had to listen to it for 4 nights drumming away like a wood chipper or hammer drill. The hotel was full so we couldn’t switch rooms when we asked. The pool area is incredibly small like it was an after thought. Only 4 loungers so if you wanted to relax by the pool forget it if they were full.
