The staff were so friendly! Our housekeeper was always smiling and would greet us in the mornings, it was such a pleasure! The breakfast was good. The pool area was nice, and clean, and plenty of towels. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

No maid service on my two night stay. The property is starting to look like it could use some touching up and heavy cleaning. They used to have a bar, but it looked closed each evening I was there this time.

They have Peloton Bike so I made use of that, but the workout room is pretty small. Check-in was easy and pleasant. I've stayed here multiple times now.

The room this time was a little off. It just seemed to need an update. Nothing horrible the bathroom door looked as if the lock had been messed with, the colors of the wall paper not as colorful and modern as other rooms I have stayed in at this same motel. Still clean as ever just needs a little update.

Love the location close to shopping and restaurants. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. This place is always my go to place when I'm in the Toledo area.

Shower and hot water pressure in sink, not so good. Couple times no hot water which they fixed, but pressure could hav been better.

The breakfast was meh... the eggs were rubbery. There were no muffins , donuts, breads, or fruit. All though the staff was very friendly and accommodating the lack of variety made the breakfast disappointing.

The location is good with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. The airport is quickly accessible. The room was clean and well appointed.

room wasn’t clean. seemed as though a staff member got ready in the room prior to our arrival. curling iron on the counter, shower was wet as was floor and a hanger was on a hook in the bathroom. several other things were definitely not cleaned in the room either.

The room had lots of space. The kitchen was really very good (big fridge, and one could borrow even a small cooking stove). The area around the hotel is good for having a walk, calm. Free parking

Had to walk past a mini construction site getting to our room after check in, but area was cleaned up once we returned back to our room.

There were ants all over in the pool area. Lack of activities for children left our family bored.

See above. Not a hotel issue but yet it is You have polices but no one to enforce them. Also no tissues, shower was was empty and the hair dryer was smoking. 424. May want to replace it. Thank you. Bathroom light wouldn’t come on. Breaker was tripped and kept tripping just turning the light on.

The breakfast was ok We didn’t have a good experience People occupied the room next door at 1:45 am And let the door to the room continue to slam. They were talking loud in the hall and slamming cabinet doors in the room. We were awake for nearly 3 hours. It was terrible😔. We were all very tired in the morning and had a full day planned.
