You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Husband complained about breakfast. He said it could be better. I thought it was fine, and so did vegetarian daughter. Hilton had me down with two reservations. I had to call Booking who straightened it out right away and helped with the cancellation Hilton had missed. Staff at the hotel was very nice and took care of everything , but wanted to use the earlier reservation that I had made (and canceled because it was much more expensive).
Car charging stations!!!! More room for families with adult children. All beds were comfy. The room was clean. Hot tub and pool was great .

The grass in the pet area had a lot of stickers in it.
The breakfast was great! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

The fact that the place is literally built right in the middle of a marshy area and the company had the nerve to knock down very active nests of the swallows that have been in the area long long before people were. Very disheartening!!! Leave the damn birds alone

Perfect location to visit the Sonoma valley in this clean, comfortable and spacious hotel. Staff were really friendly with any queries, the outside firepitts were great to sit at in the evening and then pool / jacuzzi were clean and warm. Easy access to some great bars and restaurants in Petaluma.

I told the front desk about the lack of amenities, unfortunately the service was slow. Then I had to go to the front desk and tell them what we needed to do again, and they dealt with it at that time.
There were few shopping facilities and restaurants around this hotel, but we could stay clean and quiet. Our room was spacious and there was no problem for my family(2adults, 2kids), and it was helpful that there was a large refrigerator and a mini kitchen.

My mom is using a walker and they conveniently gave us a room close to the elevator. The room and facilities were clean. The kitchenette was a plus and blessing to have. Staff was absolutely wonderful. Continental Breakfast was by far the best and cleanest we have ever experienced. Close to shopping and food. Thank you!!!

We were on the third floor, so there were guests above our room. Two nights from 7:30 till about midnight, whoever was above us was stomping from one side of the room to the other. This went on nonstop. We were trying to go to sleep, but couldn’t because of the noise. I called front desk to see if they could help. I don’t think they did anything, or the guest didn’t care because it kept going and started again at 6:30 AM. It was difficult to sleep.
Great location, near freeway and a very short drive to downtown. Staff was great at sharing what to do in the area. Great breakfast options.

Sheets are polyester. Could have more comfy cotton bedding for the price. Breakfast area was too small for how many people were eating, hard to get a seat.
Room layout was great for a small family. Efficient and comfortable. Tasteful decor. Has a couch and nice views from upper floors.

Clean Property with Great Breakfast, But Consider Room LocationI recently stayed at the Hotel with my family, including our son. The property impressed us with its cleanliness and delicious breakfast options. However, we were initially assigned a room facing the highway, which led to disturbances in the evening. Nevertheless, the staff made commendable efforts to rectify the situation in the morning. Their assistance was truly incredible, and they went above and beyond to provide a solution. Overall, the property maintains high standards of cleanliness and service. However, if you're traveling with a baby, it's advisable to request a room away from the highway to ensure a good night's sleep.

Showers weren't cleaned or weren't cleaned well. Curly short hairs were in the shower on arrival .
The breakfast was the best so far on our route from bc to California amongst the rest of the hotels. Beds are very comfortable. Staff was very nice. Easy parking.

Big rooms with tons of storage except in the bathroom. I was too short to see up close in the mirror and the large mirror in the room had little light.
Spotless and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff. Unusually good breakfast for hotel. Eggs tasted like eggs. Egg bowls were spiced nicely. Waffles were good. Options with fruit and toast. Coffee and other hot drinks available in lobby all day. Pool was heated and used. Grills available. Private place for groups to gather.

A couple of minor items: There is a permanent fan running the bathroom and main room—not too noisy but still not my favorite background. The carpets were off-gassing with a new carpet smell. There was a ‘message’ light flashing on the in-room phone and when I called the desk the clerk said he didn’t know anything about it and wasn’t much concerned, so I had to cover it with a curtain so it didn’t flash at me all night. The front desk should know how to turn off such a light.
The hotel is new, clean and with a full range of amenities. My room was quite spacious, bed comfortable, good WiFi and a well equipped kitchenette. The window opened a crack, allowing some fresh air in the room. Breakfast was fine and there was half and half for the coffee.
