The only complaint I had was that it was loud in the room. If you are a soft sleeper, it’s a problem. I am not a soft sleeper and it was still seemingly loud. You can hear people all around you through the walls, ceiling and floor.

The hotel staff was great. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and they provided customer service which seems rare in this day and age.

No self-park garage option. Either had to park in a public parking lot, or valet. The valet was cheaper than the public parking, so it was the better of the two options.

The property was very conveniently located to Foot print center where we were going and to restaurants. It was also very clean.

It was perfect

We loved everything about the facilities. The rooms were the best I've ever stayed in. Huge rooms, very well lit, comfy beds & pillows, well stocked little kitchen & comfy sofa. Location was close to everything. Nice little bar in the lobby & breakfast choices were great! Super clean everywhere.

The bar closed at 10, yet they chose to take a spot next to late sporting events. The hotel window wasn’t cleaned it had hand smears and the bathroom floor wasn’t mopped.

It is walking distance from diamondbacks field! Even with my back problems, it was doable!

A touch pricey, plus only have valet parking which adds to the cost.

Great location for attending a downtown sporting or conference event. Nice breakfast bar. Brand new, typical of what you expect with a small "suite" with sofa bed.

I was disappointed the hotel did not offer free parking whatsoever. They forced me to either pay through the app for $30 or pay double for a valet. What an awful run around way to deal with parking! Every other hotel I've visited would offer free parking! And worst of all, when I went out to leave the hotel I saw that my car was towed with an hour left for parking! I was floored at that point and had to say something to the hotel staff hoping they would call the towing company and bring my car back considering there was no reason it should have been towed in the first place! (Especially since the front desk clerk told me specifically to download an app to pay for parking in the first place!) I felt like I was straight out lied to by the hotel staff since they didn't give me a clear answer as to where my car was and kept claiming "they do not associate with the parking or towing company." I was extremely frustrated and disappointed the hotel staff did nothing to assist me and even made me pay for my own uber to get to the towing company for my car. This was all around one of the worst, if not the absolute worst, hotel experience I've had since the staff was rude and unhelpful in the end. Steer clear of this place if you want to save money and not pay 4x as much for a budget room and parking. The hotel didn't even have a pool.

Overall the hotel was very inconvenient, inconsiderate and a total rip-off for the price. I was fortunate I was able to make klarna payments at a discount since this place totally did not meet my expectations. For paying over $100 I should have had more efficient service.

Our room air conditioner had a leak and saturated the carpeting halfway through the room. Very unsafe for my 94 year old father to be walking around the room. Possibilities of a fall were great.

The staff was friendly, professional and overall excellent! Thankfully taking care of the major room issue we had upon arriving. Our room was saturated halfway across room from air conditioner, and the staff was able to give us another room, lowering the price.

on the flip side- i didn’t like that parking for the actual hotel was so limited. also, there weren’t many luggage racks, i was using the stay to celebrate a graduation and was bringing a lot more stuff than usual and i had to lug everything into the room.

i liked that there was parking behind the hotel- it was a bit expensive but it gave me a sense of comfort knowing my car was close.

I paid full price for the stay. However, the hotel wasn’t complete. If the amenities I’m paying for aren’t even complete, that should be reflected in the rate.

Great location, nice sized room. Bathroom was giant, but water pressure wasn’t great. Nice room overall. Kitchen was also top notch.
