Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I don’t think our bed was clean. I think it was made up to look clean being I found leg hair at the bottom of the bed sheets like it was swept down there and the pillows in the back were wrinkled from being slept on. Personally I think they were dirty and we slept on top is the sheets. After 12 hours of driving we were too tired to make a fuss over it.
Very modern and loved the layout of the new room style. Breakfast was ok, could had been more of a warm selection. Hotel is a year old so it isn’t showing much wear yet. Not exactly right off the highway but close enough.

We were sent an email cancelling the reservation with little to no explaination. We called the service number & spoke to Chris. He explained it was the general manager who sent the email & said the 3rd party seller did not check to see if there were availabilities. He then said we had a reservation at the Fairfield Inn across the parking lot. When we got into town there was NO reservation!!! No additional help was offered, nothing. While sitting in the lobby of the Fairfield Inn we looked online & settled on the Aloft Richardson because we were desperate, tired & it was close. We drove straight there & absolutely NO PROBLEMS! Within the 10-15 minutes it took to navigate to the hotel they got the reservation, verified a room & were ready for our arrival. Jordan helped us he was absolutely fantastic, attentive, helpful & check-in was a breeze. Our stay was fabulous. The Aloft Richardson is highly recommended!

Hello, We have chosen home 2 few time in the past and we have always been pleased with the overall experience. This time was different. My allergies were triggered immediately as walking in the assigned room. The sleeping pillow were smelling. No matter what we tried to go over this problem but unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue. The entire night we didn’t sleep a blink. The sound from the traffic on the road was loud and constant. Don’t hotels should have a better sound proof than that? The morning after we informed the reception lady.

did not get room cleaned but 1 time for the weekend we were there. asked several times with several different people at the front was told it would be done and yet it wasn’t . also asked for more suppliers ( toilet paper, towels wash clothes and clean sheets) since room never got cleaned and never received until husband went to front desk and got himself

The bed was very poor quality and the cleaning staff never came by to change out bedding or towels, despite us having the front desk notify them multiple times of our room needing the services. Also there was a really unclean dog food and water bowl combo by the front door with old dried dog food caked on it for the entire 4 days
Front desk services were fantastic, breakfast was solid and the room itself was clean

the lighting in the room, including the bathroom was horrible. I could not find decent lighting to put my make up on! Our hand soap was completely empty when we arrived and we had to call to have more brought to our room.

room was hot when we checked in and had not been cleaned. The bed was made but we had to make the pull out bed. There were dirty paper wrappers in the drawer and around the floor. Toilet would not flush. Was able to cool room down to our satisfaction. There needs to be more directional signs to the motel. Rather hard to locate entrance. Convenient location for our event at Plano Event Center. Did notice that some of the bedding is getting a little worn looking and has holes. Love the kitchenette. Receptionist was very friendly. I thought the room would have 2 queen beds but it did work out.

The lady that was at front desk was not friendly at all she seemed rude the way the talked to me. Also no toilet paper in room I had to go buy some.

washers/dryers are way overpriced, some of the rooms are musty, smell like smoke and stirred my allergies in a bad way, people walking around sometimes drunk and harassing patrons as well as, people walking around with bare feet. i felt like I was in a homeless camp, not a classy hotel.

lied about the room being queen size when they only provided a full size bed. lied and charged me twice for a substandard room. bathroom was locked and wouldn’t open. had to wait for half and hour twice to get it unlocked.
