Everything was great from the Front staff, to the pool and breakfast. This place will not disappoint you in your stay.

The pillows are very flat. The cable machine in the gym needs worked on - it is hard to use (like doesn't flow smoothly) so the weights are heavier and harder to move the cables.

There were lots of options at breakfast. It was clean - no weird smells. The pool was nice. The gym was nice. I love all the included amenities. I love the soap/lotion in the bathrooms. I'm staying at the Home2 Suites in Fort Worth tonight (I'm having surgery and one doctor is in Plano and one is in Fort Worth so I wanted to try hotels near both) and the Forth Worth location is AWFUL! Stains everywhere, smells like a wet dog, staff sucks, way smaller hotel, busy location, the pool looks swampy. It is nothing like the Plano location. I'm disappointed but if I choose the Fort Worth doctor I will not be using this hotel.

I usually like motel breakfast, but this breakfast wasn’t it at all. Vanilla Waffles and some type of pre cooked omelette wasn’t the route to go. What happened to a simple waffle with scrambled eggs sheeeshh

not so much the properties fault but lots of people swimming that we’re not hotel guest. They were smoking weed and playing loud explicit music at the pool, they had friends steady showing up and coming around from the outside parking lot as if it were a party. it wasn’t very pleasant, the pool quickly became overcrowded and the environment wasn’t very family friendly.

everything was perfect, the staff were all very accommodating and kind. the facility is VERY clean! rooms are in great shape, comfortable beds, great breakfast, nice location.

Honestly, nothing that comes to mind at this moment, I would stay again here with no hesitation.

- Friendly and helpful staff - Clean room and facilities - Family friendly - Easy check-in and checkout - Parking was free and abundant during the time of our stay - Location was perfect for our needs (staying close to family) - Room was perfect for 2 adults and 2 young children (the children slept on the sofa bed), the curtain splitting the room was a very good privacy feature when needed - The hotel was new, clean, and modern

WOW! I was blown away by this hotels staff!!! From check in - check out they were friendly, helpful, and overall so pleasant to chat with! As a parent traveling with kids I was equally excited to see that they had alcohol options in their market place, what a treat that was after a long drive lol !!! The kids LOVES the room, my daughter made herself right at home on the pull out coach. The breakfast was good options and very filling, everything was CLEAN!!! I will for sure be booking another stay here in the future! I wish I had gotten the names of the front desk who helped us but they worked the evening shift on Jan 21-22 THEY WERE SO AMAZING! Literally felt like we were at home. Thank you for an amazing experience!

charge Point EV charger was too expensive with a surcharge of $2-3/hr to charge our Tesla, though just a 7 kw charge capacity. Also just one of the two charge plugs work for our Tesla3.

Unfortunately this hotel was pet friendly which meant someone leaving thier dog in the hotel room at night and most of the day. It was barking late at night and I had to wake up for buisness in the morning so I didn't get much sleep. It was also barking during the day. That was greatly aggravating. I also think someone was moving furniture around in one of the rooms near us which made it hard to sleep our first night there.

The staff here are absolutely amazing! They worked hard and kept everything clean. Even helped us when we needed it and I love all the amenities they have. We were on a budget so being able to grill food and eat outside next to the pool for dinner was pretty amazing. We will forever have such great memories here and plan on coming back in the future next time we are in Texas. We loved the pool and the equipment in the the workout room actually worked! The breakfast was really good.

The facility was new and beautiful with appropriate side doors for late night entrance. It was very clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was above and beyond.

Nothing much to complain honestly.

The bed was surprisingly really comfortable and I loved that the pool was empty most of the time and when we went for a swim it was so much peace!
