The pool was closed for most of our stay, apparently they host swimming lessons. Very kind of them but we chose this location so the kids could swim so this was a bummer for us.

Everyone enjoyed the breakfast, which was fairly standard hotel fare. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were bowls and silverware stocked in the room which was very convenient.

Very strong odor in room when we arrived almost smelled like a spray trying to cover up smoking, we could not open windows so put fans on and had to leave for few hours, better when we got back, but still present . .

I don't like the type of luggage carts. My luggage is always tumbling off the cart. Very frustrating. The room is not "soundproof" as advertised. The jets at the airport across the street can be loud taking off and landing, so just bring your earplugs if you need quiet. There are no coat hooks in the entrance area and no place to put your shoes next to the door. The hot breakfast was kind of cold. Some gym equipment was out of order.

Brand new hotel! Beautiful spacious lobby for working/lounging/meeting. I really like the layout of the suite except for the entry area. Nice spacious room for me and my two kids. Pull out sofa bed very comfy. My son picked that bed over the regular bed actually. There is a privacy curtain you can pull to separate the sofa and beds. Lots of cupboard, drawer, and shelf space to tuck away belongings. Comfy beds. Nice shower. Nice full size refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is stocked with plates bowls glasses and mugs as well as a cutting board, eating utensils, and even a can opener and strainer. There is a table in the room for eating and TWO desks! The pool is beautiful, nice warm water. Nice little gym. The exercise bikes are equipped with TV! Close to everything! Overall really incredible value in the winter months!

The king bed was clean and very very comfortable, even the pillows. Room was very clean. Little noise at night, could sleep.

It would have been perfect to have a stovetop or oven, didn’t need a dishwasher at all. I wish the pool opened earlier; 10am is very late. Would have appreciated a hot tub also. No hot water in the lobby for tea drinkers.

The pool was a lovely temperature & deep enough at 5 feet. The refrigerator was a great size & temp. The bed was very comfortable & the sheets felt great on my skin. The curtain separating bed & couch was excellent - I wake in the night & my niece didn’t notice the light! And the shower was perfect. Breakfast was lovely too.

The shower was dripping all night. The smell in the room is not pleasant at all. I wish I could have open the window to air out the room.The bedding and towels smelled too.

The shower door automatically locked on closing and with arthritis my wife could not open it and she freaked out.

Breakfast. Stayed three days serving utensils for oatmeal toppins nasty, needs to be cleaned. We ate early and two others where in lobby, so I know they weren't cleaned from the day before. Fresh fruit was oranges, need more choices.

The beds were damp and uncomfortable and smaller than the size advertised. The complimentary breakfast was very blah. Breakfast offerings were exactly the same every day and the eggs/Canadian bacon were always cold and rubbery. The only fruit offered was questionable looking oranges.

The suites always have the room accommodations we need as a large traveling family.

Pool did not open early enough in the morning .... our airport shuttle was departing at 9:30.

Help from front desk to alleviate my frustration when I found out I had mistakenly reserved 2 rooms and would be charged for 2 rooms. They kindly helped me correct that situation .
