We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

King 1 bedroom was quite large and honored our request for first floor next to door for pets. Decent array for breakfast. Surprised at additional fee for pets after prepaid. Quick on/off I-95. Clean and friendly. Kitchen with essentials and large bathroom. King bed comfy! Nice outdoor variety of seating. Pet area across parking lot. Thank you for actual cable stations!

CanadaWe were not made aware of the $100 pet fee In advance - this is way too high for a quick overnight stay. Marriott Residence Inn charges $50. Thus high fee will Impact future booking decisions as we believe it is way too onerous… and not competitive.

United States of AmericaThe doors bang very loud so there's noise until everyone checks in to their rooms. The bathroom sliding door wouldn't stay open and would also bang shut loudly. When we checked in there was dried blood on the bathroom door so I knew the room was not cleaned thoroughly and wiped everything down myself.
Best accomodations we have had when travelling along I95. Pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and all of the counter space. Full equipped kitchen was fabulous. Full size sink, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, big fridge with freezer. Comfy bed. Shower pressure was too delicate to get the shampoo completely rinsed for long hair. Everything looked new.
