Breakfast was less than expected. Not well stocked. Pull out sofa mattress had plastic wrap still on and made for a very noisy night.

The shower door are such that you have to get into the shower to turn them on so you get splashed with cold water. WHT would you have everything for a kitchen and no stove? Didn't make sence . Also didn't like the automatic light in the bathroom due to it coming on a soon as you walk in and waking everyone in the room with the bright light. Also I have a texas TLC and the fact you do not allow guns not even from a license holder is enough to make me not go back. If I would have known that going in , I would not have stayed there at all. I get not wanting ever one to carry, but you are keeping people who are licensed by the state and taken the gun courses from protecting themselves and possibly other is a big issue and will cost you my bussiness and others. You should have a sign about that you don't want open carry and unlicensed firearms these. I would have no issue with that.

The door handle was loose so I have to go and ask for another room. Which I thank God they were able to placed me in another room.

This is a great place to stay. I love everything about this hotel. The kitchen is simply amazing

We were there for the holidays, so I realize staffing is tricky, however the first two days we were there, we had no towels or service (even after talking to the front desk both times)! We found out the only time we’d get housecleaning is when we put our wet, used towels in the hallway.

The price was incredible and was our main reason for trying the hotel.

My recommendation is separate family with pets and family with not pets the same like smoking rooms

Didn’t care for free breakfast options. Terrible coffee. Housekeeping starts very early, before 9am. Was woken up by them each morning.

The bathroom smelled really bad right off . It was a musty/pee smell and just wouldn't go away even fabreezing it several times a day. One reason we checked out early just couldn't deal with it any longer. I think the room was OK and big but if you want space this really is not it as rooms are gally style really long not wide.

I like that they had rooms big enough for the whole family plus dogs. And it has small kitchen. Gave us anything extra we needed. It is great if your on a budget.

for an 8 night stay there was one “cleanse” however wasn’t what we expected, not only was the bed linen not changed but they didn’t even make it up. and our requests for vacuuming and towel refresh was not carried out the first time round. breakfast was ok just lacked variety for a longer stay

size of the room is fantastic double queen with sofa bed and the kitchenette was super convenient for reheating. it has very good access to the I30 and into Dallas and Rockwall for good restaurants. tea coffee and hot water 24 hours was a nice touch.

The shower was not cleaned as evidenced by the large clump of black hair left at the drain. Same with the refrigerator, which had leftover food and dirty dishes still in it. Even after notifying the front desk and emailing the general manager and director of guest services, it still was not cleaned up. They did make it right by deducting the cost of one nights' stay, though.

I really liked the spaciousness and it's a great room for longer stays, what with the kitchenette and the work space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, too.

Having to refill YALL propane tanks because y’all person wasn’t there for the weekend ‼️The sausage breakfast was OLD and burnt ‼️

I was upset that the man at the front desk when I asked for towels he said “was I going to take the towels home?” Then, I was grilling and the propane tank was empty. My son had to switch out the tanks. Told front desk and all I was told was she might give me points 🤔. Need better management‼️‼️

Construction on exit ramp from Interstate created a virtual rats maze and had The Misfortune of getting struck by a vehicle because of a little bit excessive speed on the recreational Boulevard which led to the accommodations.

Very nice facilities and room accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.
