Pet relief area is lacking - some rocks and lots of dog poop, needs some fake grass and some plants for dogs to sniff. Inside of bathroom door was filthy- hasn't been cleaned.

Staff was great, room is nice and big with stocked kitchenette. Beds are comfortable. Location is good.

The noise of other guess at night was the only flaw. The guess next door had really loud music late at night (sounded like a party) me and my boyfriend were really tired from our hiking day and honestly couldn't sleep all night. They were slaming doors, music was loud, laughing etc. it was already after 11pm. We even heard them around 2am 3am. slamming doors and just being loud.

Location was great! Love the room, very spacious. Loved all the amenities. I will stay here again.

The blackout blind in our room was broken. A makeshift black curtain had been hung but didn't reach the edges of the window. There was a light directly across from our window shining into our room. We were able to drop down the broken blackout shade and make it work, but it really needs to be repaired. The extra bedding for the pullout bed smelled clean and looked clean except the blanket was very dingy looking.

I liked the set up of the room, there was a lot of space for people's bags and ski gear. There was a kitchenette in our room with a decent sized refrigerator which was really nice. The hotel breakfast was decent with some warm options. Overall the hotel felt clean and well maintained. The bathroom was nice and clean, no dark corners in the shower.

The only complaint I have is that the pool didn't have any towels ready to use. We had to go to the front desk all wet and ask for some.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now while we drive to and from Nevada and have always found it clean, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast lady was so sweet and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed and even helped another person clean up spilled juice of the table.

There was a make-shift curtain that did not block out the street lights at night or give much privacy. The toilet made a screaming sound until you took the lid off an wiggled the float. Things were a little run down and should have been maintained a little better.

The room was nice except the floor in the kitchen/bathroom was sticky. Really liked having 3 beds. Everything appeared clean, but I am guessing it was the cleaner used on the floor. The beds were comfortable and the room is a good size. The pool was perfect for the kids and the location was close to many things.

Pool area needed cleaning. No employees at check in desk at 3pm. Guests above our room were loud from 1 am til 3 am. State street noisy from room.

The carpet in hallways needed a good cleaning. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel containers were right under the shower head. Would have been a lot better to be on the side or opposite of the shower head.

The room was very large, was a room for a handicapped person although the shower was not a walk in, it was a tub with grab bars.

Great location! Fairly close to the city, but not too close. Having a small laundry facility -- a definite plus. Parking was pretty good, no trouble finding a spot. Very helpful staff. Clean room. Priced reasonably.

The lobby was also the breakfast room. But it had only a very tiny place to get all the food, so had to wait in line to get anything, even for the coffee. No hot food.

Very nice spacious rooms with comfy beds! Modern and good isolated against sounds! The room even had a kitchenette. Nice attracting spacious lobby Restaurants at walking distance.

Street noise was bad. Lots of motorcycles. AC unit was very loud. Pool was being treated so out of commission for a bit and walking thru breakfast area to pool was an awkward route. Didn’t make the beds after I requested and was told they would.

Rooms were big and clean. Didn’t charge us extra for the kids. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good. Staff was very friendly.
