Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The main thing that I didn't like about my stay was the breakfast options. It was pretty sparse with no healthy cereal option, tiny containers of strawberry yogurt. Bananas that were green. Apples were available only from their shop. not at the breakfast. The only protein option I saw was premade egg biscuits. No bacon or sausage. I got a coffee and had to pay for breakfast on the road.
The comfort. layout and the cleanliness of the room were great! The facilities were very clean and didn't show many signs or wear. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed having large containers of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location was great, easy to find, and no issues finding parking.

Pet friendly. Provided breakfast. Room had microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and basic supplies like dish detergent, sponge, and paper towels. All very convenient items when traveling with pets.

The Hot Breakfast was not that good. They had some kind of wheat waffle mix that wasn’t good at all and the sausage was just ok all the other hot food was pre wrapped breakfast sandwiches

It was hard to find me by name, but was successful with the confirmation code. My card didn't work at first and I couldn't get in my room. Once I told the receptionist, she fixed the problem in seconds.
Everything was nice. The receptionist was amazing when I checked in. My key didn't work at first, but she fixed the problem in no time. Very friendly. Definitely plan on booking again

Breakfast hours were not conducive to those who did not need to be up and out between 6am-9am.
Overall the experience was very good. However, by 8:45 am there was nothing left at the breakfast buffet. It is supposed to go until 9am (which is early for travelers who are not traveling for business. It should extend to 10am)

There wasn't anything I didn't like about our stay at the Homes2 Suites.
The location was really great we were close to everything. Restaurants, grocery stores and the outlet mall you name it we were really close to it.

Conditioner was provided like the shampoo in shower. The noise from outside and adjoining rooms you could hear their conversation.
Liquid body wash and shampoo was provided in shower.

The shuttle not running early in the morning, cost me an additional $60.00above the cost of the hotel. This is why I picked the location for the shuttle.
Room was great. Guest service staff was excellent. Close to the airport with recommendations for shuttle service.

The room lighting wasn't the best. It accommodated our needs well enough, but there wasn't much of an effort to go above that.
The room was generously sized with plenty of desk and countertop space. Also, the free breakfast was the best I've seen thus far as it always included a variety of breakfast sandwiches to choose from in addition to the usual waffle makers, cereal, fruit, etc.

I feel like on the website it should mention that you'll be charged $25 incidental fee/security deposit during your stay, just so people are aware beforehand.
Great location, there's so many restaurants, stores and activities around you. Breakfast is made fresh each morning! Room was huge and bonus - they just replaced all the couches(futons) in the room and they look/feel comfy.

one of the elevators were out of order. the couch in ourr room was wrapped in plastic which I had to peel off myself .
