Bathroom slide door handle and lamp in bedroom were broken. The room was dark because of this. Body soap and Conditioner were both empty. Found empty water bottle and unfixed bed part under the bed. Shower pressure was a little weak. Gym needs to be taken care b/c wet tissue ran out and floor was a little dusty. Self Laundry costs 3.50 for each washer and dryer.

Breakfast was fantastic. BBQ grills outside are available. Kitchen (no oven top), sink, dishwasher and some utensils. Dividing curtain between bed and other area. Everything is new.

Housekeeping needs to be make sure all shower dispensers are filled plus the appliances are cleaned after every stay.

Location is fairly close to I-95 and not too far from Historic Augustine. I like the fact that there is a mall nearby.

The location was excellent and close to everything I needed. I left early and did not have breakfast on site. The staff was great and very engaging. I really enjoyed talking to them.

I was told I would get back the amount held extra after checking out but I have never received a refund... I called several times to check on this, I was told it was coming never received.

The breakfast was not great - the breakfast sandwiches were hard as rocks. I had to wait 15mins for more coffee.

The bathroom door was broken and could barely shut. Room smelled musty. Told front desk staff so they were aware.

Breakfast was decent. Busy street but didn't hear too much noise. Facility was clean.

Room was 62 degrees when we arrived and took a while to figure out how to make it comfortable.

Friendly staff. Clean,comfortable, spacious room. Loved the shower head and sink, refrigerator, dishes. Very nice.

It kinda was hard to find because of its distance from the main highway. There’s also not a lot of retail stores near it.

After checkout and the following day's they charge me 8 times the price in my banks account. But my husband pay in advance when we book 2 weeks before the stay. When we arrive they ask me for a deposit and I give my card for it and they use that transaction to charge me several times . My bank account now is overdraft and they charge me additional fees for it. And when I call the hotel there are nobody that can help or give solutions. The only answer is wait until Monday. I hope my bills can wait as well...

I had an issue with my room and was told that it would be compensated fully however because the receptionist did not create a report they only compensated me partially. The receptionist told me I could either move rooms or stay in the room and be compensated fully but the following day I was told that because we stayed in the room, and no record we would only be partially compensated

The facility was extremely clean which is always nice. The area was easy to find

Breakfast was not great. Room towels although clean had black spots ( maybe ink) on the towels. I had to take my room towels and had them switched out. Pillows very uncomfortable. Bathroom sink and shower low water pressure.

Front staff was excellent. Anything needed, they would stop and get whatever you needed. Room was very "roomy"

Overall the experience was great, staff was pleasant. The only thing that was not satisfactory was the cleanliness of the room arrived, and the sheets were dirty. Also, the coffee machine in the room was dirty, left over coffee pod from previous guest. There was dirty utensils in the drawers and plates.
