Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I stayed in room 418, and the door does not fully shut unless you pull it hard and it slams.
Hotel was close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and quiet. Hotel allowed early checkin. Plenty of parking.

Front desk checked us in but didn’t mention how to get on WiFi or the shuttle. I asked for a shower cap and they didn’t have any.
Very close to Tampa Airport plus a free shuttle to the airport.

No nice surrounding around the hotel; a place to arrive late and leave not too late.
Everything easy and good comfort for the money we paid. Proper standard. Good tv screen with netflix

Make sure the tissue box is not empty or provide more than one. Shades did not cover entire window and bright lights shone in all night. I had to wear my eye mask (which isn't really comfortable)
Breakfast was more than expected and had healthy selections, greatly appreciated. Coffee was good. Beds comfortable. Room very quiet.

I did not like it when we called the front desk for a ride back from Publix and the message was never given to the shuttle driver and we waited for an hour before calling again just to be told that the front desk girl never told the shuttle driver we were ready. Very, Very frustrating. I think if the guest could contact the shuttle driver directly it could save time and prevent this sort of thing from happening.
The shuttle service was extremely appreciated. We utilized it both to get from the airport to the hotel and then also to go to Publix.

Plumbing issues…clogged toilet immediately. Shower door slides open causing leakage onto floor. Dull lighting in room .
Clean, modern. Good location walkable to restaurants. Breakfast good. Shuttle service excellent.

I was charged twice. I had a change in travel from March 27th and 28th to April 4th and 5th. My visa credit card ending in 8953 was charged for 3/27 which I wasn’t there and 4/4. Please refund the 3/27th charges for $29.31 and $217.33. Thank you.

Upon check-in the receptionist informed us that there were no shuttles to the airport on Sundays; very disappointing given that we picked this hotel because of its proximity to the airport and given that it advertised a shuttle service.
New building, big room, big comfortable bed, clean room.

The price displayed on Booking was listed as $157.03 which stated includes taxes and fees. When I checked out I was emailed a the final bill and they charged my card $218.09. Which was significantly more than the quoted price and we had no extra that should have been added to our bill. This hotel also was poorly managed when it came to the offering of coffee and breakfast. The all day coffee was cold as was the hot water. They had no individual coffee creamers and when asked they said sorry all out. The breakfast was sitting to long in the warmer as the omelette was stuck to the pan the sandwiches were old and the staff was not around. When we were leaving the maids were there and they had hundreds of creamers to be put in the rooms yet the front desk staff was not interested in finding any creamers. I have stayed at other Home 2 Suites and never encountered any of these same issues. We arrived for breakfast at 7:30 a.m so it was not like we arrived at the end of their 10:00 am shut down. I believe the price quoted and price charged is bait and switch and I will think twice before going to another Hilton property even as an Honors member since 2008.
The property is clean and appears fairly new.

Two things that were a little bit of an inconvenience was the lack of cooler air coming out of the actual air conditioning unit in the room, it felt more so like a fan circulating. Second thing is the automatic shades were not moving when using the control panel which left little to no natural light into the room.
Everything was wonderful, large spacious rooms and very clean. Loved the little kitchenette area and the fact that they had hot beverages anytime someone wanted a nice cup of tea or coffee. Definitely will stay here again!

There was no water available in the fridge, which isn't necessarily a deal breaker. But if you come in after a long flight, it's something that would make it easier for guests to not worry about.
The staff was incredible and very kind. The room was filled with amenities, too.
