You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaCombining the HILTON Tru and Home 2 Suites front desks seemed chaotic for guests and staff. We arrived early at 2 PM and the process still seemed disorganized. It may be a cost cutting measure for HILTON, but very quickly there was a major back up of guests so we left and returned later to check in. Beds were OK, but not the best. Our first and last time staying with this part of the Hilton chain. We've had much better experience with Hilton Gardens over the years! Breakfast was OK, but again, there was a major back up both mornings of our stay. Design and layout made it difficult for guests and staff (who were doing their level best to keep up with demand).
Location was great, easy to get about Buffalo from location of stay. Room was comfortable and spacious enough.

United States of AmericaWe stayed in May at this same place which is why we came back . We didn't receive the snacks we did prior and the room wasn't very clean . There were streaks on mirrors , centipede in bathroom, furniture looked old, bed and pillows were awful .
I love the location. We stayed there in May. It's convenient bc we go to visit my son who lives there. We stay at Hilton bc of the security you feel.

United States of AmericaI wish someone had come in to just freshen up the bathroom and freshen up the room a little. I understand that we are in a different time but it was suggested that I go to the laundry room to ask for additional towels and toilet paper, after being there for 3 days. She was not rude, I just did not feel comfortable doing that and was not going back to my room. I did express this to the her and she said she would have some brought up. which she did, It was just a little strange to me to be told to go to the laundry room.
All in all I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying here,

This hotel had the best free breakfast I've had in a long time. They had actual bagels that weren't stale or basic grocery bagels. They had a pancake machine that kept making little fresh pancakes.

United States of AmericaI made a reservation through Booking.com, they advertise a room with two queen beds. The app even asks for a detailed description of how many people will be in each room (I made a reservation for 5 rooms). The room was one queen bed with a sofa bed.
