Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United Arab EmiratesBreakfast could have been better, particularly the egg. It should have a variety of cooking style. Specially for everyday guest.

United States of AmericaMaybe a less expensive parking area would be nice. The breakfast sandwiches were fine but I like for items with meat and eggs to be kept warm.
Nice size room, everything in working order, appreciate the dishwasher, microwave and large refrigerator. The area is good for shopping and restaurants. Staff are super nice and helpful.

United States of AmericaThe sofa bed was not so great and I expected a little more space on the living room part given it was a booking for 3 adults and 2 kids in our case. Valet parking is the only parking available and you will end up paying another ~40$ per night , and it is a pain when you road trip because the access to the car is limited, you cannot leave stuff in your car for grabbing later.
Overall well maintained , clean and good amenities. Clean bathroom . They have a good gym also onsite. Staff were helpful . Breakfast is good and there are enough choices for the kids.

United States of AmericaI did not like that I put the “do not disturb” sing on the doorknob outside, and when I went to the store a staff member had gone in and semi clean and move my stuff around. What’s the whole point of the sing!? Also parking is an additional 30+ dollars if you stay more than 3 days, wich I did, after taxes it’s more than 100$! Valet people are not thier when you need your car. Was going to universal studios. I payed for the early access and was late because I couldn’t find valet people in the morning!!
The breakfast and staff were aswome

United States of AmericaThe parking is horrible, honestly the worst experience I've had at a hotel, no street parking, only valet which seems scummy and a cheap way to get more money from people
I wasn't expecting little studio apartments, very nice

United States of AmericaI am unsure why one of the receptionists had an attitude with us. Unfortunately, I did not get her name but she had dark hair and glasses. At the time of check-out, I noticed that our room charge was about $15 more than expected. I was confused as I have been using Booking.com for ages and never had a problem like this. When I spoke with this person, she said that there is a $14 + tax charge for workers' protection. When I raised the fact that I was not aware of this charge prior to my arrival, she stated that they sent me a message via the Booking.com app. Which is true and I did not see it. The receptionist was absolutely rude when I told her I didn't read it. Made zero efforts to print the charges (as I asked her to), replied with a "oh well", when I said I didn't see the message. Went back to my room, I read the message and I still feel stiffed by the hotel as the message reads exactly like this: A daily mandatory charge of US $14 will be added to the room rate and includes: LA Hotel Worker Protection Ordinance Fee. Kindly note that check-in is available from 3:00 PM TO 12:00 AM. The total price of your stay is USD 209.72. As per my reservation via Booking.com, and as stated in their own message, the total price of my stay is $209.72 including fees and taxes. The fact is that they charged us the $14 AFTER that price, raising our total to $223.72 + the tax for the $14 leaves me a bad taste. Breakfast was ok, could benefit from a little upgrade.
We are always pleasantly surprised by the Home2 Suites hotels. This one was also very nice. The room was very spacious, with a kitchen, big fridge, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils needed to prepare a meal. It also had a dedicated work space with a desk, a nice little living-room and an extremely comfortable bed. The doors seemed very sound-proof, which allowed us to get a great night sleep. It is clear that this type of hotel is for longer stays, but we felt very comfortable with the room. I can recommend it to any couple or family visiting the area.

United States of AmericaThe DEPOSIT! every night! Was a major financial inconvenience. Our budget was dwindling because of it so we ended leaving to another hotel that was less and paid less; we were not as happy but financially it was more fitting because there is no reason to pay a deposit every single day.
This is a good place, my family loves staying here. It is in the area near by everything we frequent. They are family friendly so our kids are not uncomfortable and even have treats out for the pups.

United States of AmericaI thought the bed was a little too hard for my liking, and I was not real happy about having to use the valet parking. The attendants were all very nice, but I just felt like I would be just fine to go get my own car and not to have to be charged and tip each day. Everything adds up. It’s hard for families to go on vacation as it is.
It was very clean very comfortable. The staff was very personable and helpful.
