Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

ItalyThe fridge inside the room was too noisy during the night, so I had to unplug it every evening before going to bed. The beds weren't made up every day.
The room was nice, it is also equipped with a microwave oven, fridge, sink, and dishes. The location is 1 minute away from a metro station and 2 stations away from Manhattan. The breakfast was satisfactory.

CanadaMe and my family spent 4 days in NYC during Easter. The room was very clean, recently renewed with a comfortable bed. Bathroom had a large shower. Breakfast was various and good: from omelettes or scrambled eggs to English muffin with egg and cheese or sausage/bacon and cheese. Plus waffles with a good variety of toppings, fresh fruit yogurt and for who like me has dairy intolerance....they also had Almond milk! Location is perfect with subway 1 minute from the hotel. In the area you can find very good restaurant walking distance from the hotel.

IndiaThe location--- is pivotal ! It is just a couple of NYC Subway stops away from the iconic Times Square--- which establishes excellent connectivity with the City Center. The Room was superb, with amenities as a large fridge, a large microwave oven, dish-washer, kitchen towels, toaster, coffee-maker (although I did not use this last one). Breakfast in the spacious lobby served was sumptuous Continental type, with cereals, milk, fresh fruit juices as well as some other dishes (but as a strict lacto-vegetarian, I could not avail them, as they contained eggs, meat). My room was well-maintained, clean and with decent lighting, desks, closet, iron with ironing table. It essentially was a studio-apartment. The cherry on the cake was the Manhattan-NYC-view from the window, with the magnificent Ed Koch Queensboro bridge ! The staff was all-in-all modest, helping...Enzo, Omar and in fact all of them. They resolved all issues and gave me pointers on connectivity to the locations I wanted to visit. Queensboro Plaza North and 39th Avenue Station are conveniently located (respectively two blocks and one block away). The Queens neighborhood is an upcoming one, and it feels like it has started rivaling Manhattan, given the skyscrapers that are being constructed. Thankfully, there are lots of food options including Indian food ! One added convenience: public laundromats are in the neighborhood on Crescent Street.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that the AC was constantly running with no option to shut it off. We had to cover it for the entire stay. The futon was not comfortable and the breakfast could use some more options but good overall.
I liked the cleanliness, the size of the room and the view and I loved the fact that it had a kitchenet. I also liked the location. It was quite and safe to walk my dog and there was parking on the street. Proximity to the subway was a plus as well.

United KingdomI have stayed here before. A nice touch was Eliomar sent me a text once I checked in to welcome me back, and once again during my stay to check all was ok. Staff are helpful and efficient. Rooms are huge, clean and well equipped. Good heating in the room, welcomed as it was snowing outside. The friendly housekeeper showed me how to use the dishwasher in the suite kitchen area when I asked. The hotel is a few moments walk to the nearest subway. Breakfast is good with a wide choice but can get busy near the end of service.
