Turkey sausage sandwich was pretty awful. My daughter liked the cereal and the juice and fruit selection was nice. Would be nice if there was a non-dairy milk option for cereal, as all of the sandwiches had cheese on them.

Soaps and lotions in the large bottles was nice; I always feel like the tiny bottles in most hotels are so wasteful. Front desk staff was very kind. Though I was surprised about the cost of the valet (I should have investigated better), the valet staff were friendly and speedy.

I suspect this is a problem with Booking.com. I was never notified this is an area where there is not much parking. The hotel offers valet parking in their own lot and is not included but charge an extra $40. it would have been nice to know this ahead of time.

that it doesn’t have a pool or hot tub. it is nice that you can use the one next door but it isn’t convenient.

We didn't use the valet parking as we found street parking. The price to park in the hotel was too excessive.

The rooms were perfect for a family of 4. We had the 1 bedroom and it was great. Breakfast was good and location perfect away from all the hussle but close enough to walk everywhere.

They seem to suffer the same staffing issues as everybody else which is what I am accrediting the surfaces that could have used a good wipe down to… (top of fridge hasn’t seen a rag in a month), elevator doors, corners of the room, things like that.

Great amount of space (2 room suite). Cute lobby. Staff at front desk were super personable and accommodating. Thank you!

the bedding wasn’t what I expected at all they put a bed skirt on top of the bed as if it was a comforter

The shuttle fee was ridiculous. The free shuttle on most days or times of the day sucked. Some of the shuttle people almost crashed with us in it. We called shuttle a shuttle and was told they will pick us up in 20 mins. Had to call 3 times to find out where they are. The storm was coming. They finally came when it started down pouring and the shuttle person didn't unlock the door and we said unlock the door so we can get in. We we're drenched! None of us we're happy about the shuttle issues.

no maid service to the room we were told we had to make an appointment to have the room cleaned up and would have to stay with them while they cleaned! ran out of towels and toilet tissue and had to go to the front desk twice to get those not what the Hilton brand represents

The parking was valet only without the option of self parking. I understand some places probably require valet only but it should be staffed appropriately. We waited for awhile to pick up and drop of our vehicle on every single occasion. We even called down in advance multiple times hoping our vehicle would be ready and it never was.

The location of the hotel was exceptional as you can walk to many restaurants and bars without dealing with a lot of traffic (car/foot). The hotel room was quite clean and updated with plenty of room to stretch out.

Shower was a bit dated and the AC was loud

The hotel was great if you wanted to be in a quieter area, but a short cheap Uber ride to great restaurants and party section of the town.
