Don’t recall understanding an incidental fee, $50.00. And finding out it might not be refunded for a week; seems excessive! When pulling in to parking lot, noticed quite a bit of litter strewn around a couple of spaces we would have parked in to be visible from our room. Because of the mess and rainy weather, we parked in a less convenient spot. Mind y, this was not a big deal but you asked and believe this observation could deter more particular customers! No closet or clothes hanging accommodations. No bathroom fan. Bathroom counter missing front finishing strip.

Nice staff. Nice environment for a simple weekend getaway. Too bad the weather was not cooperative.

Unfortunately, the hotel is undergoing renovations, so there was construction noise. It ended at 8pm, but it was noisy.

Listing says rooms come fully stocked. Not accurate. Rooms are bare bones and you have to request anything you need, even a coffee pot and mugs. That's too stingy for us. Doing loads of laundry was VERY expensive.

Location for purpose of trip. Spacious room. GREAT occasional chair; nothing fancy, but sturdy with good height.

There were scratches all over the walls in the room, had to ask for cooking utensils, lots, and pans to utilize the kitchenette. When we had to go to the front desk for anything. We waited 5 minutes or more for someone to help us.

Signs of remodeling in the lobby but no remodeling was noticed.

I was perplexed that there was no closet or alternate means to hang up my clothes. I realize the room is small, but there was not even one wall hook in the room. I had to lay out my clothes on the bed and then move everything to a table top and back and forth.

The breakfast offering was a little sparse, but the breakfast bars and coffee were very good. Would have preferred mocha creamer instead of vanilla. Room was quiet after the construction overhead stopped at a reasonable hour. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are always too thin for me in any hotel, not just this one. Location was easy to get to and from my event. I liked the clean refrigerator and water pressure in the shower was good. I also liked that I could park my car behind the building and monitor it from the window. I enjoyed being able to take a few laps around the building parking lot in the morning to get myself moving. It was quiet and I felt safe.

Beds not really comfortable. Suite room had zero furnishing for use of the kitchen. Coffee was good but cups were way to small. no trays available for transporting additional quantity to make it worth the trip, No ice machine in building. Staff did offer 1 baggie of old ice for mix drink,

Quite far from downtown and also the bus stop is not very close. It is about 1 hour walking from Annapolis downtown

The beds. They were not at all comfortable, they were noisy, and not good at all. The beds should had been better for the amount of money I paid to stay for. Also, no room service. At least to make up the beds. And the toiletries were not great. Overall, I do not think I would stay there again.

There was really no breakfast. It ONLY had coffee and snack bars. I was maybe expecting bagels, donuts. And the coffee was not very good. The sign stated that breakfast was being served, I believe the sign should say only coffee will be available.

They are remodeling so take that into account. Our room, though the hotel is non smoking , reeked of cigarettes and there were burn marks on the bathroom sink. The bed, while comfortable, needed an extra blanket to make it more so. There was no coffee pot in the room, but we were told we could have gotten one from the front desk. Just seems a bit of a hassle to do so.

Bed and linens were ok…although it has a kitchen for short stays, actual dishes etc need to requested if you are actually going to use it.

Location is convenient to interstate yet tucked away from it. Roomy with decent AC unit.
