We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe place is very dated and needs an upgrade in decor and amenities. Shower was old, fixings hanging off the wall. No Hair dryer. Breakfast has no vegetarian option of hot food.
The double room suite was very spacious. The eupgrade was a nice add on. It was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was nice range. All in all, it did us well, though would expect better from the hilton brand

United States of AmericaOur window in our room had cardboard taped up next to the air conditioner. at 4 AM we could hear trash trucks and dogs that woke us up because of that thin piece of cardboard.
The breakfast was really good. Much more than basic continental breakfast. And the staff was very kind.

Paint peeling on bathroom ceiling due to no exhaust fan. Didn't realize this was a subsidiary of Hilton. Don't like Hilton. Breakfast food selection good but was lousy tasting, cooked own breakfast in room.

The only hotel we found in the area with one-room suites- meaning a door between the living and sleeping areas

United States of AmericaMy only complaint was the pool was not clean.. the first day we went to the pool the water was cloudy and it was stuff in the water. I knew it was from the guests but the next day went back to the pool those same objects were stiil floating in the pool and it was still cloudy. I don't know how often they clean their pool but it's not every day.
Everything was great outside of the pool...from our stay at the hotel to getting to the harbor. I would definitely come back

United States of AmericaThe only thing we didn't like was the pillows and bed weren't very comfortable. We both woke up with back and neck pain throughout out stay. They could use some fluffy pillows and new mattresses would have been great. And the lighting in our suite wasn't that great either. And our suite wasn't as big as the 1 we had before but we made it work. After our last stay we're not sure we would return.
This was the second time my husband and I stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed this stay as well.
