The first 2 days there the main elevator did not work and my mother is 76 years old and just had knee replacement surgery plus there were no luggage carts when we were brining in our luggage to go to the third floor. I was very upset about these things.

The breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool. Staff was very nice.

The staff were away from the desk when we came to check in and we had to wait 10 mins before anyone showed up. They didn't have a sign up about needing to step away. That would've been helpful, so we weren't left thinking we were being ignored. The floor had crumbs around the trash cans in our room and the bathroom floor had hairs on them. It was pretty obvious they hadn't been cleaned from previous renters.

The rooms were spacious and well set up. Breakfast was decent.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and the grounds had plenty of space to walk my dog. The Wednesday reception was also excellent. Would stay here again in the future if I end up back in Akron.

Comminication between booking.com and hotel was awful. According to front desk clerk, pre-payment was never sent to the hotel by Booking.com. Charged by Booking and charged by hotel. Still awaiting refund from booking.

Upon check in the front desk clerk was dealing with some unruly guests that had to many people in the room. this led to around eight police officers and even the K-9 unit to be dispatched. we didn t check in for almost an hour. once we did the officers had filled the elevator to go to the same floor we where headed to. we arrived un our room settled in and then took my two kids to the pool. unfortunately other guests had a party in the pool are and outdoor grill area. no towels in the pool area and it was left a mess

the room was as advertised and clean. The breakfast was amazing. the overall décor of the Hotel was beautiful.

We had stayed 2 nights and upon showering the first morning I discovered the conditioner bottle was empty. As I left the building later that day I mentioned it to the front desk personnel. Unfortunately for me it was not refilled as requested.

Our suite was very spacious. It’s always good when everything in the room works as expected. The breakfast was great. There was a large variety of items. We were even offered ‘to go’ boxes.

Not a 2 bedroom and only 1 bathroom. The pullout bed was awful and thin and broke on the one corner.

The breakfast buffet was better here than the Homewood suites in Erie PA, The kitchen was really nice I was hoping for a room like the one I had in Erie but this had 2 queens in one room and only 1 bathroom

The pull out bed was filthy, and there were no sheets on it when we arrived.

Proximity to Cleveland. The pool schedule opened early and closed late. The breakfast, gentleman/chef, was phenomenal. As a manager in business, I would love to have been able to convince him to come work for me if I worked close by. Keep him and give him a raise.The housekeeping staff member blonde lady had great customer service. She was friendly and greeted us every morning. She is another associate who deserves a raise. I wished I had remembered the names of these 2 associates, but unfortunately, I didn't.

The staff at the counter wasn't very friendly or helpful. Seemed to be speaking down to the coworker next to them in front of customers.

Unpleasant smell in room. Maybe had a pet previously. We bought some Lysol and it helped. Breakfast was good if you got there early.

Spacious room. Convenient to highway and a beautiful Barnes and Noble. Loved the fan over the bed in the room.
