To pay for parking. The location is not safe for a female traveling alone. I feel this should have been included or comped in my stay. Also, the show is super slippery. I almost fell multiple times.

From the moment I walked in this hotel the service and hospitality was fantastic. Smiles and friendly service were welcoming. The room was very clean and extremely comfortable. The pull out sofa sleeper was a little springy but understandable for a pull out. Room was extremely spacious and loved that the suite had full refrigerator and mini stove and dishwasher. Breakfast food was exceptional as well as the workers

The lobby was super clean, fresh smelling! My suite was super clean, fresh smelling! Our room was beautiful & cozy. Tracy at the front desk was SUPER FRIENDLY!

The room was not cleaned until we requested it. The parking garage is too small and cannot accommodate all guests.

ChaCha in Reception and Shamika in the Breakfast room were both extraordinarily good on 7/14. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable and meet all our needs. These are the kind of employees that need to be retained and promoted.

The entrance was a tight squeeze. I was slightly confused about how to enter parking lot. I would not be out too late in the area. It would be nice to have a drink and/or a food tray to take breakfast to the room.

The property was clean. Very inviting. The hallway was quiet for the most part. The employees- they were all so nice and seemed to enjoy working there. ChaCha was amazing.

I’m a handicapped quadriplegic in a power chair and the handicapped accessible pool chair could be upgraded to be wayyy more accessible if a disabled person would like to experience the pool. But other than that my stay was excellent

I did not like the parking being so limited. I understand the space constraints, but my son had to park a block away and it was 25$ instead of the 15$ at the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious. Shamika was a delight! Rosie in the bar was so sweet. The front desk girls were very nice too.

Me and my two kids didn't stay in the pool that long because our eyes was burning from the clorine. Your eyes start burning as soon as you walk in the door of the pool.

Parking in the deck is less than desirable, though of course there is no alternative. I walked over to get our car at 3:30 a.m., and was surprised to see bikers and smokers outside the upside down Plaza, which was not the most comforting sight at that time of night.

We left before breakfast opened, and we left for an evening out before the happy hour activities. The room certainly was as we expected, and we would stay again.

The bed. My bed was like sleeping inside a marshmallow. When I got on the bed I sunk down into the center and had to pull myself up to get out.

The location is wonderful. Within easy walking distance of the UAB Medical Center and right next to/in Little Five Points as well, with lots of restaurants.

Very limited on-site parking, and wasn't available either day I was there. Luggage carts were not immediately available, and there was no urgency to help find one. When you have to park down the street (also, I was told additional parking would be "across" the street-not the case); people want to get their luggage out while they're at least under the pull thru when they're checking in. Nobody wants to haul their luggage down the street. Additionally, my husband was annoyed when we called from the room and requested extra towels, we were told we would need to come get them. It's a Hilton Hotel and they don't have someone to bring them? You're paying more for a supposedly higher quality hotel. But at some point, you have to question, what separates Hilton from other hotels? I did not see anything special about Hilton at this location.

The room was beautiful, and the location was convenient to UAB.
