Please see above . More veg / fruit choice . I found out - the hard way - my room’s shower handle is swapped , ie - hot is cold and vice versa. ( room #313), I have peeling wall paper but the bed is very comfortable.

Breakfast was served on styrofoam plates n bowls w plastic ware, not very environmentally practical. More fresh fruit would be welcome. I’m assuming the type of food choice is due to budget restrictions. I enjoyed eating warm food and coffee and the setting is pleasant Staff are all very pleasant.

The breakfast could have had more kid friendly options like waffles or pancakes. The pillow were too soft for my liking. Shower knob would not turn all the way off unless really forced and water was not as hot as I like.

The location was great and very close to the things I was in town for. The staff that checked me was very friendly and helpful. Room was very spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable too.

I didn't like the fact that our room door was broken, it wouldn't lock all you had to do was push the door open and it opened. Then the bad part was, the hotel was completely sold out. Had maintenance not been on the premises and came and fixed the door "where would me and my husband gone" "how would we have been accomodated" our safety is our top priority. I think they should pay more attention to details like this. Like we didn't even use the room key, just push the door and it opened right on up for you. Not safe at ALL

I didn't like that at night the back entrance door was unlocked for anyone to walk in.

The front desk was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, and the free breakfast was amazing.

When we checked in, we were given a room key. We got to our floor and the key wouldn’t work. My husband went back down to get the key fixed and when he got back upstairs and opened the door, the room had other people’s personal belongings inside and was uncleaned. It was very frustrating as we had been waiting 30 minutes to even get inside our room.

The first room they gave us, the toilet was broke. Had to move to another room. 2nd room had issues as well. Mold in shower area, toilet paper holder fell out of the wall, curtains full of holes and falling off the curtain rod. Ceiling fan did not work at all. Hilton needs to do better.

The staff was exceptional! Very polite, kind and accommodating.

Large clean bathroom with single sink and older style climb in tub/shower combo. No ventilation over toilet area.

Suite 321...clean functional bedroom and kitchen. Comfortable king bed. Both ac units cooled well in 100 degree heat. Very cold fridge. Adequate cups, plates etc for kitchen Entire hotel appeared clean. Included breakfast on par with expectations. Very quite suite at far end of this single hallway hotel. This hotel has multiple locked security doors so parking close to an entrance was easy. Plenty of parking during our visit.

The curtains and furnishings were tired and a bit dated. It seemed distant from restaurants and shops.

It was easy to get to. The property was neat and well-tended outside and in the common areas. The breakfast are was clean and abundant food was provided. The room was big.
