You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

the room was not clean. the rug was filthy, you had to make sure you had socks or shoes on. the tabletop was sticky and found a bottle of baby oil and gauze pads under the bed between the nightstand and bed.

Although it is only about 13 miles from the beach it takes about 40-60 minutes to get there due to traffic
The staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was clean smelled very nice

The room was clean and spacious but the condition of the room was getting pretty dated and shabby. Not really up to the normal Hilton standards .
The Breakfast Room ran out of food by the time we went down to eat, even though it was still only halfway through the breakfast period.

The HVAC unit is in the bedroom. It’s loud and it cycles on and off throughout the night. We couldn’t figure out a way to keep the fan running continuously.

There was a mixup when we got there because the housekeeper didn’t “flip” the room. They resolved it quickly. They didn’t have a lot of towels and washcloths to offer. Front desk lady acted annoyed when I asked for more. I think they were short on help though at that time.
It was clean. Breakfast was great and the servers were excellent and friendly. One guy came out to tell us the pool will shut down if thunder started and he was super friendly about it. The room is nice. Had dishes that were washed in the dishwasher when we got there. Overall great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The cabinets and the drawers in the kitchen caught on each other every single time they were opened or closed and made it sound like we were slamming them shut which made me worried I was disturbing our neighbors if it was later at night and it happened. I would’ve given this place a perfect 10 if we wouldn’t have gotten blindsided. A day before checkout we asked to extend our room and were told someone requested the room we were in, but that they would just put us in a different room if need be and an extension would be no problem. Then when we went to pay for the extension in the morning, we were told there was no availability. 3 hours before checkout. So we had 3 hours to find a new hotel and pack up everything which was way beyond stressful. Especially since they wouldn’t even give us a late check out. They gave us an extra 15 minutes. Loll
Pretty much everything. Once you get in the room it basically just felt like a cute little apartment. Felt like home which was nice since we’re in the middle of moving at the moment.

Moldy carpet in hallways. Room was really cramped. Seemed expensive for what it was. Would prefer to select breakfast instead of having pre-made boxes. Much of the box contents went to waste. Front desk seemed to think boxes included juice. They did not. We really thought we had booked a 2-queen room but found it was actually a king room. Think booking.com may have changed my selection.
Convenient location for our needs. Pool was nice but towels were not provided, had to go get them.

The AC in my room wasn't that good. It was in auto and it was taken too much time to start again. The room wasn't cool. The breakfast was bad, come on, don't use Covid as excuse to no provide a hot breakfast, Drury hotel at Orlando has a simple hot breakfast; even, I was in Orlando Homewood near by Universal and my stay was 5 star and they had breakfast sandwiches to choose with meat, egg and cheese. Please change that ugly rugs that the hotel has in the hallways.
The employees were excellent. Anyways is a convenient hotel and good suites.
