The breakfast was pretty poor for the price. The room was decent. We did have an issue with the phone not working and the shower door kept sliding open on its own. The beds were very average as well. Lastly the pool was not heated or was heated to about 60 degrees, so it eas quite cold.

The breakfast area was large, the rooms had a full kitchen and fridge. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The pool hours were amazing as well.

Beds were hard. The hot tub was down. Would like the queen suites to have 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Would be better suited for families but that’s nothing the hotel can control. Just a suggestion.

Hot tub was great and the rooms were spacious. Bathroom floors need updated, tile would pop up when walking on it & you can hear people upstairs opening their drawers while you’re laying in bed.

Pool/Hot Tub were dirty! Plus there’s no way the Hot Tub is only 104F. I love hot showers and that was burning my skin just getting in. Rooms cleanliness was a bit lackluster. You can tell they are cutting corners.

The room was tight in the bedroom. If you weren't tiny enough, you were not fitting to the other side of the bed. We couldn't find garbage cans (had to go looking), and the coffee maker burned me even when it was unplugged from the wall! While the manager was nice, its not good customer service telling customers that the hot tub doesn't work because it's missing a part, the guy isn't coming through, there are certain doors you can't get out of (fire hazard), no location of where or when breakfast was or what was included, no mention on wifi (I had to work a few hours and the website stated free wifi but it stated for members only) and the mattress was a queen and 2 regular size pillows and 1 small (throw pillow maybe) does not support 2 people in bed. If there are rushes I understand but we checked in about noon and there was no one around. If anything a pamphlet or QR code could be printed in the key file so you could look something up.

I liked the location. It was a little off the main streets, so that was peaceful. The manager checked us in, and she was very polite and accommodating since we drove through the night. There was no liter outside, most of the areas were working, and booking (plus changing around some information was great). We traveled with a dog and there were doggie bags available and ready; plus, the garbage was cleaned out daily so no odor. The TV was actually movies that you didn't have to enter your subscription, so nice honestly.

old and dirty, breakfast seemed frozen to table, three pillows for four people, set of towels for two, had to ask for couch bed bedding, halls to room are excessively long (not exaggerated!), pool was under warming upgrade, spa under construction, SURPRISE $12.99 parking for non members, SURPRISE $25. snack and food station hold on card “in case you get anything.”

During our stay. Had a false fire alarm go off at 12:30 in the morning, every guest had to leave room and go outside to parking lot. Next day at check out and irate employee was causing a scene directed toward front desk staff. Screaming and yelling, the police had to be called. Our room was dirty. Floor not vacuumed in awhile, no bars of soap, the microwave was filthy. The main lights/lamps in room had bulbs burnt out. No bags in trash cans. No dish towels, or any towels for kitchen area. Needed to ask for toilet paper. I know many places are short staffed but if you pay almost $600 total for two nights, you expect alot more. Disappointed.
