I could hear the people upstairs stomping around early in the morning (4am) and when I told staff, i didn’t even get an apology. Was just told to stay on the too floor if I return. Thought that was un hospitable.

I am a regular customer and there were several issues with the room. There were hairs in the bath tub, the toilet would not flush at one time I thought the toilet was going to over flow and the people must have been having a get together because they were loud through the hallway. I do not wish to stay in the B building anymore. The next time I stay I will request a room outside the B building, I have had way to many bad experiences staying in the B building other than that I was ok. If that is not possible I will not stay at your establishment.

The staff was not super friendly and seemed annoyed. The breakfast set up was not organized and people were waiting around for coffee for at least 20 min. They ran out of bacon by 8am and you had to ask for silverware.

My first impression of the hotel was that it was possibly being renovated or was possibly short staffed. We arrived at 3 and someone had to check that our room was clean and ready before we could check in. There was work being done in front of the lobby. Also, there were ants in the cereal dispenser at breakfast.

Our room was very spacious for our group of 7.

In general, I would say that the whole site is a bit tired. The decoration is rather outdated, and while there is everything that you need, all of the fixtures and fittings are somewhat worn. Also, in the part where I was, one of the external doors would not open with the keycard, which meant that I had to go much further round to the other door. The reception knew about it, but it was not fixed. Just a small, but annoying detail.

The location is very convenient for getting around in the Irving area, and it only takes 15 minutes to get to downtown Dallas. On the other hand, it's close to a main highway, so it's a bit noisy. If you are staying here a while, it's also close to the little lakes of Las Colinas, which you can walk around, and even take a motorised gondola ride, if you really want - they're only a few minutes' walk away! The staff are also friendly, and the washing machines / dryers work well, and there is a little area where you can print and scan documents. The suites themselves are a decent size, with a nice layout that separates a "living" area from a "sleeping" area. The TV has a good selection of channels, including Premier League football.

People partying outside after 10pm. Living room furniture was a little downscale. No coffee in our room or my daughters room. Plenty of tea.

All in all, my stay was great. the hotel was located in a nice area. the room was clean and spacious. Nice quiet area.

Room was quiet when neighbors were there, otherwise their dog was noisy while they were out. Breakfast was not hot, but there was a microwave to heat the eggs. Room provisions were skimpy (coffee and ..., towels, Dishes were "hidden" in the dishwasher... had to ask. Minimal information in the lobby about the area and transportation. Variety of buildings on a hill. We were at the bottom of the hill and it was a hike up to the office/breakfast room.

Room was relatively clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly though overworked and didn't always follow through. Good variety at breakfast.

The internet. Even with the staff’s help we could only get 4 mbps, even in the lobby. I tried three different ways: Hhonors, pay for premium, and the facility passcode. 4 mbps is so far below what you get at your house (like 100 mbps) that any type of streaming was impossible. It was a disappointment, for sure.

The from was nice, roomy and clean. The bed was quite comfortable.
