It was worn down and not in good physical condition. The elevator did not work on the 2nd floor so if you needed to go to meet someone on the upper floors, you had to take the stairs up or down one floor to get an elevator

For a handicap suite, NO GRAB BARS by the toilet, which was low to the floor. Elevator was broken...had to use walkie talkie to call desk for it.

The pillow cases were pilled. They need to be replaced - the linens should be fresh and crisp. In the corners of the showers, there's mold. It has to be thoroughly cleaned. It looks old and gross.

Cleanliness was down a bit, not what I expect from Hilton. I did not like not having my room refreshed each day. Staff did promptly deliver extra towels with a smile and front desk was helpful with our needs.

I have stayed at this property prior to the Covid travel restrictions for the past two years and was very satisfied. I feel it has gone down a bit but understand what the past two years have been like. The staff was great, and did their best to be helpful, courteous and pleasing. I know it will be better and I will stay there if I am coming to that part of the country in the future. Thank you.

The lack of transportation to the hotel was very disappointing, but that has nothing do with the hotel except to have personnel that they might call upon for transport to the hotel.

The General manager, Angela was great and most helpful. When I called from the airport because there was literally no transportation shoe offered to come and pick me up when she was free from her duties at the hotel. This was beyond my expectations. I did find ride from some very kind people, but to that offer was well above any expectation.

The breakfast was ok.

I appreciate the staff making accommodations for us to check in earlier than 3pm. We came to Dubois for a wedding that happened to start at 3. We were able to get into a room that was available that was actually an upgrade from what I had booked, but at the same cost.

There was a large clump of long black hair stuck to the wall, higher up, in the shower. Apparently the cleaning staff did not look up, because I saw it the second I stepped in to shower. That was gross. Made me wonder what else was not cleaned. The sofa had some little pieces of something on it...looked like it wasn't cleaned off. Cleanliness issues are what made me ding the hotel. And the clerk at the front desk did not enunciate a word, she mumbled. So I really did not understand a thing she said. The mgr had to step out and explain to me. Ugh.

I did not have the breakfast. The location was great. The lobby was beautiful.
