Breakfast: Would prefer real brown sugar not powdered; cranberry juice, watered dwn. Prefer daily cleaning of room (empty garbage cans, vacuum, clean towels). No water pressure in toilet, had to repack & change rooms. Opened curtains, big black spider fell out. Could hear other guests talking thru thin walls. Loudness of shower in upper floor.

Staff very courteous,helpful, & accomodating (desk & housekeeping). Cleanliness of hotel & room. Breakfast, tasty & filling.

The hotel front desk said that they did not have my reservations from Booking.com. even though the hotel had messaged me with a welcome email and saying they were prepared for my visit. I showed her the confirmation and the email but I still had to rebook a room right then. the clerk said she had already checked in a person with my same exact name. but was sure she had not made a mistake.

A young girl was gossiping pretty loudly about another employee and upsetting the other employee. I thought it was wrong during work hours and to be creating a hostile work environment among co-workers is tasteless🤷‍♀️

The rooms are always so comfortable, the breakfast buffet is really good and the attendants are very nice as well. Me and my Husband/family always stay here when we come to Fresno.

Breakfast wasn't a great set up for a vegetarian. There were definitely things I could eat, but there was no warning when they included meat in things (potatoes, omelettes) and when they didn't. One of the elevators was down, there was another in the back. Any other complaints I had were fairly minor or me just nitpicking. My family had some trouble checking in however since they booked their rooms with points. I was allowed into my room, but they had to wait half an hour for theirs.

Very nice room, cute but small sports area outside. Computers are available if you're having issues with yours. Overall a really great place to stay.

The breakfast, I didn't like the thin sandwich ham that was served and there was a family not wearing masks while serving themselves food breathing all over everything and touching things with their bare hands, very rude and disgusting..the breakfast attendant just sat there and watched without saying a word..the Breakfast buffet was tainted! So we ended up going to Denny's for breakfast, it was a shame because that's why we choose your hotel because of the breakfast buffet and cozy beds of course.

I liked the friendly staff and security guard that was on duty that night were amazing 🤩

We noticed that there weren't any waters in the rooms and that there weren't any extra towels in the room. we had to keep calling. Also, no one told us that we had to call for housekeeping. There was no notice that there was no housekeeping available or what the process was.

I loved the location and I love the facility. It was great and clean. We really liked it but there were a few things we noticed that we didn't like.
