The sofa bed mattress could be better. And maybe include an oven with the kitchen.

Breakfast was great. Location great, close to a lot of different things. Hotel very clean and safe.

Breakfast was lacking. There was a long wait for the waffle iron on Saturday morning, because there was only one iron available for EVERYONE. If all of your guest wanted a waffle, well someone wouldn't have it in time for the close of the breakfast center. Most hotels (and I stay in a bit) have at least two irons so that the process goes by faster.

The staff actually had enough wash cloths and towels in our room for the number of people I state would be staying there instead of the standard three to four sets that would be there. We were also able to check in before 3 pm which was great since we had to be on the road a few hours and was able to go straight up and rest.

While the staff was friendly, each time I passed the desk, they were always in the back talking to someone that im not sure was even a guest there. The rooms and most areas were clean except around the elevators on the 4th floor. there were chicken boxes and chunks of cake just laying on the floor for 2 days! We were also unlucky enough to be next to a room that was nothing but kids! They don’t have control over who their guests buy rooms for but these kids were in the room alone up until 3 in the morning making enough noise to wake us! we knew they were there alone because we knocked on the door to ask them to keep it down. we couldn’t have been the only guests in the hotel to notice this! We talked to the parent the next day, because guess what, he was not even in the room at all with the kids! We also didn’t like the area. It seems like they are trying to build the area up, but there was still people just hanging out in the hotel parking lot. Wish more people would review the area of the hotels, because that really does matter.

the inside of the hotel was very nice and clean. the rooms are spacious and cleaner than most hotels I’ve been in lately. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast needs improvement. there was no one attending the area. Food was not good. waffles were good, but eggs and potatoes needed a lot of help to make them edible.

Having just stayed in a competitors hotel the night before I was disappointed in the comfort of the mattresses at the Hilton our room also had a bed headboard that was taped up which took away from the ambiance. Was also a little disappointed there were no water bottles in the fridge. This is not to say we didn't enjoy our stay we did

I haven't found one thing to dislike

The front manager went above and beyond helping me getting checked in. Understanding my situation she worked with me and made feel welcomed. Breakfast always has a nice variety to choose from though I'm hooked on the waffles.

The linens for the pull out sofa got lint all over our clothes. When staff was notified, they said this is the only type of linen we have. We had to go out and purchase blankets.

Room was infested with ants. Pets should be confined to only two floors of the hotel. In a year's time this hotel will be ruined by urine, feces, fleas. What a shame.

Beautiful new hotel. Breakfast was good. Only improvement should be open until 10am
