We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The breakfast had a good variety and the employees were very accommodating.

The breakfast was delicious the room was nice clean and everything I expected I didn’t know this when I booked it but my room also a ceiling fan and I could control my heat and air in my room by the thermostat

No one from the hotel contacted me to let me know so that I could agree to the change (two rooms instead of one) or choose different accommodations. My review would be much lower if the man who was working the front desk when I arrived hadn’t been so nice and helpful.
Very clean, very nice rooms. The man who checked us in was extremely helpful when the room I booked was somehow not available when I arrived. Breakfast was good, and all the staff that I encountered were very friendly.

United States of AmericaLimited number of dining options within walking distance. Had to wait several minutes at front desk yelling “hello, anybody there?” for key assistance before the desk manager (who was chatting outside with friends) noticed me standing there and came in to help.
Clean and comfortable suite. The proparty is located in a quiet light-commercial area close to major roads and highways but far enough to avoid noise and excess traffic.

United States of AmericaTook a minute to figure out how to get the water to be out in the shower. Turning it all the way to the left did not make it hot. You had to have it in the middle to get hot water. Also, the Queen bed was very small.

United States of AmericaThe parking at this hotel needs major upgrades. Handicap parking is almost nonexistent, with the markings all worn off on the four spots on the north side of the building . Those spots were always taken by vehicles with no handicap placard or tag. The handicap spots on the south side, next to pool, have no ramps for wheelchair access. Hotel needs to address this issue because they are definitely not a handicap friendly hotel.

The location is great, close to anything anyone would want or need! The hotel pool, which I might add had a handicap lift and the hotel itself was very accessible. The pool, breakfast and amenities were nice. Comfortable seating outside, even a seating area for us smokers! This would be my choice hotel when staying in Lexington.
