I don’t think I was fully aware it would be like that but we made it work. Outside of that, the stay was great.

The staff was great, the property was wonderful as well. Tamika was amazing. I didn’t get to meet her in person but she really helped with our reservation changes. Top notch. It was only challenging with parking. Will definitely select this property again in the future.

Some of the silverware was not clean. That wasn't good. I didn't like that we were charged for parking, and we didn't know up front. Also, there was a 50 dollar hold placed with our payment, that wasn't explained before hand either. I was expecting to pay $134, and wound up paying more. I wouldn't have minded if I had been made aware first.

Sadly, we didn't get to try breakfast. We loved the room, and the bed was comfortable. The lady at the front desk was very helpful. Overall, it was enjoyable.

Front desk could have provided more instruction as to how to use the elevator. Another guest helped us. And then we helped others later. But the person that checked us in was in training. The trainer could have explained things perhaps.

Location is excellent! The person that worked the social time Wednesday evenings and the breakfast in the morning was outstanding.

Room didn't feel that clean. Our bed had ripped sheets. Wall chargers didn't work. Bathroom was dirty in the corners.

Did not know we had to pay extra to park our car until we arrived. Night staff wasn’t friendly. Elevator floor was broken, only one elevator worked and it was extremely slow.

Front desk staff was not very friendly. We spoke to 2 different front desk agents, and both were not very friendly. When we approached them, they seemed to be bothered by guests. Hotel had only one elevator working, so to get on the elevator, it was a long wait at times. When we go to the room, one of the dressers had a loose handle on the drawers. The TV in the living area also didn't work. Maintenance eventually fixed the problems.

Location of the hotel was great! Major attractions were within walking distance. Shantel, also known as Shanny Mae, was awesome! She was working the breakfast area, but she made sure all of our needs were taken care of and addressed. She was great!

I didn't get the room I originally booked. I booked a double bedroom I was put in a king. My rooms weren't ready til 7ish. The air would not work inside the room. The hotel didn't offer any accommodations. They say that they were going to issues a refund but never did. This is around the time the tornado hit. The elevator was not working properly 😐 so we had to use the stares.

I liked the bed and the kitchen.

I call for housekeeping they didn’t show up when I called down I was told I never requested it. Then I explained what time and who I spoke with and asked to be put on for the rest of the week, 2nd day, again no house keeping again I called down and again I was told I hadn’t requested it. Yes that then happened 3 days in a row. I stated I didn’t care so much of the sheets being changed, but we needed things replaced and a vacuum. When you have children going to the pool you have to wash a lot of hair, those little bottles don’t make it a day. Neither does the soap. Things like more toilet paper, dishwasher pods, wash clothes need to be replaced. I would ask for tea a sugar and kept getting fake sugar and only chamomile. Then I was told that was the only tea in the whole hotel, they why did they have in the lobby? It was very frustrating and did not make the trip easy or smooth when I had to keep asking. Then the pool was closed for almost a whole day.

I like that I had a kitchen. I had a light out in the bathroom and the guy came up right away to replace it. He even when about as we had talked and I told him how housekeeping did not meet my expectations, not replacing things he brought me back up all the extras they had missed. Such as diswasher pods, soap, shampoo exc. the Wed night get together was nice, sadly we had to miss it, bad timing for us, but we walked by and seen a very nice set up.

Every time I went to the front desk the staff was soooo friendly and helpful!!! Everyone was so friendly I am very pleased with this entire staff also the breakfast every morning was phenomenal.

The pillows and bed were not comfortable. My husband complained the bed was too hard. I woke up with pain in my shoulder and neck (I think it was from the pillow). Everything else was fantastic.

The breakfast was really good. There was a variety of food for even my children who are picky eaters. I liked the kitchen in the room. It was equipped with a dishwasher (super handy). I also appreciated the paper towels! I forgot to pack those. The pool was a huge hit with my children. Loved the pool!

The dishwasher didn't work and parking was $10 a day. The couch bed could use an upgrade. The kids felt the springs in the thin mattress. The shower flooded the floor if the curtain was not properly tucked into the tub.

Good location, friendly staff. Nice property and amenities. Decent breakfast. Pleasantly comfortable for a family of 5. The queen beds and pillows were comfortable. The kitchen had a small cooktop, kitchen sink, garbage disposal, regular size refrigerator, and dishwasher. We didn't use the outside grills, pool, or basketball court, but we did enjoy sitting by the firepit at night.

Keeping the gate to the parking lot close & locked, so that nobody that is not staying here, can come in to the amenities that is for the guest of the hotel. I remember a few years ago that you needed your room key card to get in from the parking area.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel this time, we went out for breakfast each day, I like the way you get into the front door of the hotel, also the staff was friendly and helpful in the everyday operations.
