You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Stayed here many times before but this time the water pressure and hot water in the shower was not good.
The breakfast options and condition of the hotel were good and the staff was very helpful.

The sofa bed was not comfortable.
The rooms were spacious. The pool was an added bonus and the breakfast was great.

The shower took several minutes to get hot water. Front desk said there was no housekeeping except on request, but we still got it anyways. Bit of a disconnect between the front and back of house. Only one elevator was working.
The space was nice to be able to spread out. Having a, the fridge and dishwasher was handy. Great to have a double cup coffee maker, and a mobile desk was great.

More toppings for waffles for breakfast would be nice - berry syrup, chocolate chips. The waffle machine was not kept refilled very well.
The location of the hotel is good with easy access to highways. Panera is nearby also. Our king deluxe suite was spacious.

Everything was great so it's hard to find something that wasn't to our liking. It is a suburb hotel so the location is not like being in the middle of all the action which could be limiting in some sense, however it made for a quiet and comfortable stay.
This was a GREAT stay! The property is VERY clean and the rooms are super large, spacious and well appointed! We really enjoyed having the extra space in the room with a kitchenette and a full seating area. Everything was super clean and the beds were SO comfy! The breakfast was amazing and had everything you could want, including waffles! The pool was great as was the ample parking. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if visiting boston. Needham is a really cute suburb with some great local dining just down the street and not far from Boston at all on the highway, super easy and fast to get into the City while being able to retreat to a large, comfortable and spacious place to stay at the end of a busy day. Loved it and would highly recommend!

due to Covid there was no housekeeping and still they did not provide enough towels. they only provided 2 towels for 4 adults.

The pool was an important amenity for us, but it was too small to swim across and freezing cold; and they keep the pool towels all the way down at the front desk, so you have to go ask for them.
It’s a nice, new building. Sound insulation is good, furnishings are comfortable, free parking, decent breakfast.

Cleaning done only every 4th day of stay, which might disappoint some. Had problems for 2 of my 5 days with key card entry to the room. Staff were very helpful and it was late at night so was not rushing, but it still was a time waster.
HUGE room. Booked the 2-queen, but it seems like staff upgraded us for no added cost to the suite instead. The suite was great, had a kitchenette with microwave and stovr, necessary kitchen utensils, coffee machine, fridge, good for a stay for a family of 3 or 4. (Could squeeze in up to 6 if 2 sharing each of the queen beds and sofa bed) Good breakfast options: oatmeal, waffles, muffins, cereal, coffee, tea, chocolate, eggs.

It was unfortunate that the dining hall had an infrastructural accident during my stay and AC was weak for the remaining days. But we survived with the ceiling fan so the establishment had a good backup plan.
Service crew was fantastic, friendly all the time. Super deluxe room was excellent, all our rooms were as expected. Nice quiet neighbourhood, safe for a morning run.
