Not much. I thought from the pictures that the room was going to be larger. The sofa was so uncomfortable that I’m still having back issues from laying there for three nights. The area was not the best. It was not what I expected from a Hilton.

The staff at this place was amazing very cordial and informative. Very very nice. I was very pleased with the people that work there.

1. Before I arrived in New Orleans, I sent emails with questions. I never got any answer at all. I only received offers for a better room or tours during my stay which I had not asked for nor needed. That was compensated by the adequate help provided on site. However, the communication with guests beforehand needs to be upgraded and more personalized. Not all those automatically sent offer mails. 2, For the breakfast provided, there were no alternative options for the milk butter and cheese. For example, Only butter, no margarine. Only cow’s milk, no possibility of alternative, The cook had no oil to cook with and could therefore not make eggs for me without butter. She did her best for me one morning to specially scramble eggs with minimal butter product.

It was comfortable, roomy and quiet. They were able to provide a quiet room on the fourth floor which I had requested. There was a person near the front desk that could help with questions about the city. There was adequate response to problems that occurred when I reported them to the front desk. I am attracted to Home Suites because it gives the opportunity to prepare my own food.

The front desk representative was non empathetic. Just kept saying our reservation was canceled. Told us our reservation was canceled and told us to contact Booking.com even though we had a green confirmation. Luckily,the GM Simmie was there and took care of us!!

The location was great. The concierge were wonderful. The hotel was comfortable. Simmie the GM was great and professional.

We had a problem with the electronic key to the room. The battery ran out so we couldn't get in. But, the technician arrived in about 10 minutes to replace the battery pack and then no further issues. The cost of parking was more than expected (Booking.com listed $44 per day, but it's now $48.)

The breakfast was better than expected with hot menu items as well as the typical Continental breakfast. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating! They helped with a few requests right away and everyone was very professional and kind. Great location, just at the edge of the French Quarter and Downtown.

The checkin process could have been better. The room was not ready for almost 2 hours past the check in time. I understand that we checked in a Friday and it was St. Patrick's Day. It wold have been great if someone had called and given us a heads up that we wouldn't be able to check in on time so we could have planned better.

The room was very nice for the price. The location was wonderful! We were in walking distance of all the french quarter attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we felt very safe at the location.

The breakfast could have been much better. The sausage was greasy. Need more options such as pancakes biscuits and waffles. The rooms were average but needed to be upgraded to a modern look. The same with the exterior of the building. Inside the bathroom I found small spots of mold on the base of the shower. I was in room 454. I forgot to take pictures. Requested room service for Monday when I checked in on Saturday. Never got room service.

Would recommend overall, just had a few odd things happen. Great location for the price. We had a king size bed with queen size sheets, there was also a toilet plunger in the hall the entire time of our stay.

Just one strange interaction with a receptionist who told us we could go around the corner to get a drink when we were trying to get a price on one drink that was at the self-service. That was strange.

It was poorly managed. Although they must have known it would be busy Easter weekend they weren’t ready. Instead of 4 pm check in we only got a room at 630 pm and then only because the woman at the desk gave us an upgrade. At breakfast all the fruit ,yogurt,cookies and bagels were gone over an hour before breakfast was over.

The staff were great and the location was perfect,on the edge of the French Quarter but away from the noise.The room was spacious.

We opted on getting our room cleaned daily, but when we did ask, requesting towels was a mission. They did not seem to be delivered or available. Also, our room was not vacuumed evident by hair ties found near our bed that did not belong to us. the bathrooms were not wiped or sweped the whole week even when we asked for our room to be cleaned.

The breakfast was decent but the fruit and other items were gone by 8:30am every day leaving just a small number of items to choose from. They were short of cups for water or coffee on multiple occasions.

The breakfast is a mess. Dirty silverware, no plates and glasses enough for all the people at the hotel. Only one toaster.

The location is really good, outside of French Quarter. The bed was comfortable, and the room was big.

The valet parking wasn’t noted anywhere in the booking. Cost is $48 per night + tax or $65 per night plus tax for an “oversized vehicle “

The hotel was super clean, and I loved the fact you had to scan your hotel key to enter the property so not just “anyone” was able to go in. The staff “Ms.Michelle” was the sweetest lady very helpful. The breakfast was also great and the coffee was even better! Only 2 blocks from bourbon a great walking distance to French quarter

Our room had almost no natural light. The small window looked out over the narrow pool to anther wing of the hotel and people could see in (sit on the window sill if they wished! I felt a wee be caged in! The hotel corridors could do with a make over - a wee bit drab and not looking really clean.

The staff were really lovely and helpful. The location was great, quiet for being so near the French Quarter with public transport close by. The rooms were spacious and comfortable

Did not have towels and wash cloths each day. Was there three days ask for towels and wash cloths each day, didn't get them until the last day. Also the sheets didn't fit the king size bed.
