Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Honesly, the only 2 things I didn’t like were the shower water pressure (it was really weak) and the fact that kids were allowed to operate the waffle machines
The room was exactly like the pictures, we love our little kitchen and living room, and the bed was amazing. Breakfast was great too!

We have stayed here on 4 different trips. The carpet was very dirty in the room. Children’s feet/socks very dirty. Needs carpet changed!

I didn't like being stereo typed by staff. When we checked in, we were not greeted the same as guests who checked in front of us. The front desk clerk was very friendly and welcoming to them. He didn't ask to see their card. He only asked for ID only . He then proceeded to have an information conversation about the best restaurants in the area and attractions. When we got to the counter, we were not greeted with the same energy. The clerk then asked for our ID and bank card. He then proceeded to check and make sure the same back card was used for reservation. He didn't inform us of great restaurants or attractions like he did the guest in front of us. We actually felt some type of way that he took us through EXTRA procedures to check in that was not used on guests before us. Then Saturday April 27th, 2024, I was outside having a smoke. When I finished , I started heading to the door to dispose of butt. The young lady who was cleaning the door and signs pulled the door shut so I would have to use my key to enter back into the building. Once back in the building, the young lady and I met at the elevator. She gave me a very disturbing look and turned her back so she would have to speak or indulge in conversation with me. With that being said, if you're GAY or African American, you will not be treated the same as Hispanic and Caucasian. I think the hotel could be great if they train their staff to treat EVERY customer with the same energy despite color, race, or Sexuality. Because of the stereo typed and bad customer services, i will NOT stay here EVER again and would not recommend it to any of my family or friends because most of them are GAY and African American. I wouldn't want no one to experience this type of treatment when they spend money to stay at this establishment.
The location was excellent!! Convenient to everything. The breakfast bar was also great. They had a lot to choose from. The bed slept well.

Didnt like that they only had like 14 channels. Made for very boring nights when i was in my room. Also couldn’t watch my firestick either. Also wouldve been nice to know they charge $75 a day deposit fee you have to pay up front which is outrageous. That’s something you need to know when booking. Im glad i had the money to cover the fee & my hotel stay.
It was very nice & the staff was exceptional.

Firstly, I'm waiting for the refund of the $498 deposit which hasn't happened yet, I already sent a message to the hotel 3 days ago and they haven't responded! Another point that lowered the rating was the housekeeping service, during the 7 days of our stay only the bath towels were replaced, the bed was not made or the room was cleaned!

Reserved a king size suite but got 2 double beds. Tub was rough and shower curtain didn’t catch any water when taking a shower. It caused a puddle on the bathroom floor every time after showering.

They over charged me for pet fee, charged me twice and for 5+ night when my reservation was only for 2 but was able to get it fixed before departure without any issues
Liked the cleanliness of the rooms, breakfast area, proximity to restaurants & shops. Breakfast was good even tho there were no bananas :( waffles were great

The bathroom could use some remodeling, and the more pillows and blankets avaliable
The hotel was conveniently located. It was walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. The breakfest was good with many options.
