Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Andre was terrific. Joe at the front desk was very professional and helpful. Overall the Hotel was clean, however the carpets are in need of a deep cleaning or in some places replacing. The sofa in our room 426 also had some stains. I do think all the staff should be wearing masks if you are going to require guests to wear masks, ( the housekeeping staff were not wearing masks while we were there). Otherwise a very enjoyable stay and great location. Thank you,

The kitchen area was not cleaned well, crumbs left on the floor and the refrigerator had stains from previous guest.

The breakfast had great options and the service was great. The location was off a main road but still close to main attractions.

Stink bug in bedroom, empty conditioner bottle in shower, no where to rest clothes when showering to avoid from being on the floor or toilet, not enough power outlets in room for personal gaming devices

The staff. They ignored me for about 15 minutes when checking in as they ate and hung out in the lobby at a table after seeing I was not being helped. What's worse is there was another person on thier phone in the office doing nothing.

Most of the stay was fine besides the staff at the front desk who could not have been more uninterested in helping people.

I don’t like not having my room cleaned daily. I don’t need the bedding changed but clean towels and my carpet vacuumed is needed. Also the pool was down and I’m not sure when it reopened.

I was pretty sure I had booked the one room suite with separate living room, but was not given that upon check-in. Was advised the photos online are misleading and it happens quite often. Okay. Staff attempted to relocate to the correct room but none were available. I checked in via the Hilton Honors app, but still had to visit the front desk for an ID check, complete paperwork (sign 2 things and give info about car), and receive physical room cards before I finally received a digital room card in the app. Why not collect that info in the app during app check-in process? The shower in our room was a glass barrier, but the back end of the shower was wide open (walk-in) which meant water went all over the floor outside the door and onto the wall while showering. Poor design but cleaner than a curtain! The shower head was not adjustable to avoid this. Had to use our bath towels after drying ourselves to clean up the water. Also during my stay there was a plumbing issue (which staff knew about and had called a plumber to correct) where the plumbing in the bathroom gurgled and bubbled all night which kept us awake. The toilet would not go down either. The issue was resolved but not until the next morning. We were advised it was the entire hotel and it was a main sewer pipe issue. Stuff like this happens, sure, but nothing was offered such as a small reduction to our booking cost or voucher for a future stay due to the inconvenience. Despite all of this I would return in the future. It’s a great, modern hotel and location. Just some small improvements needed to make it even better.

Great location and close to everything. Generally clean and the rooms are super quiet so you didn’t hear other guests. Room smelled clean upon entry and was visibly clean.

Room was good for two people. Tight for 3 adults. Hallway carpets need cleaning or replacing. Could hear people in ajoining room.

Facility was clean. Staff accommodating, friendly and polite. Bathroom and kitchen were modern and well equipped. Good complimentary breakfast. We did not use pool or exercise room, but they looked nice and are a good extra.

The hotel was dirty and dilapidated. When we arrived, there were crumbs all over the floor in our room and We had to ask the manager to vacuum. The kitchen sink smelled. I will never go there again nor would I recommend

When I was there they first gave me the wrong room and I went there and it wasn’t clean. in the correct room the tv didn’t work at all. then the room key wouldn’t work and they couldn’t make a new one bc the key maker wasn’t working. then someone checked out bc of bugs.

There was no housekeeping service which was not conveyed to us when we made the reservation. It was necessary to return soiled towels and ask for new ones each day. The room was not cleaned and the bed was not made. The soaps, shampoos and other sundry items wee not replaced without going to the desk to ask for replacements. The hallway carpets were stained and seemed dirty.

Room is fine. Layout and bathroom are both satisfactory.
