You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Stayed here for a few days while visiting the ‘Burg. It is a few miles outside of downtown, but the facility was a very good value and worth the short drive time into town. The hotel was very clean. It has one of the best breakfast of any place I’ve ever stayed at, and was well serviced. The property Is also close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. But the thing I want to comment on most positively, is the staff. Very helpful, very friendly. Will definitely stay here again, and can heartily recommend.

Everything was good. Would start here again.
Every single staff member we encountered was happy and friendly and went out of their way to help and make our stay good. They were inundated with Swifties but kept their calm and kindness even when met with anxiety and anger from guests unable to check in early.

The shower was either freezing cold or scalding hot, so we couldn't take a shower. The man at the check-out was supposed to give us a discount since the room didn't meet our expectations, but I never received one.

The carpet and sofa in our room was stained. Also, the room had a stuffy odor when we arrived,
Love the location, close to family members who live in Pittsburgh. Breakfast is okay, offers a variety but some items are understandable not very home made testing. The coffee on the first day was bitter, better on Day 2.

Perhaps because many stay for extended periods and there are real dishes in the kitchenette, no disposable cups nor ice bucket liner were provided. We had checked in right at 3, so I imagine it was an oversight.

The breakfast was average. The cook was very nice. In all it was just a typical breakfast. We had a bit of a problem with the front desk communicating our request for extra blankets and towels. The pool was closed so that was disappointing. I did understand that maintenance was working on it. Also, I was disappointed the electric fire pit outside was shut off when my girlfriend and I attempted to go outside to sit during the night. I didn’t get the reasoning behind that.
I loved the location. The rooms were clean and It was truly a beautiful hotel to stay in. You cannot beat the price either. I was amazed with how much money they threw in to remodel the place. It looked brand new!
