Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We chose this hotel, because the website led us to believe that extended parking would be available for us, while we traveled. We have done this in the past. But when we got there, the front desk person told us that extended parking was no longer an option. This was very disappointing.

It was clean except for the kitchen sink. I dropped something down there went to grab it and up came my hand full of old food and god knows what else was that. Yuck gross. It was underneath the black rubber seal. Other then that very clean, wonderful customer service. They even called me when my mom left her phone there. Nice hot break fast. The cook even made us special bacon because they weren't serving it that morning so she made us a big bowl full just for us. So sweet. Parking great. Overall really great for a really great price for 6 adults with pets!!! Would book again definitely

My king room was given away that I reserved and the only king was a king suite and at first they were going to charge us the additional fee even though we said you gave our room away and they had to call manager who authorized the room for not additional charge. Was just inconvenient at 12am

Housekeeping didn't get to the room during our stay.
Very accessible and complimentary breakfast with many good choices. Clean and neat suite with good kitchen equipment.

Pool, hot tub closed at 8pm. After traveling all day we were looking forward to that. Pull out couch was not very comfortable.
Rooms are a great size, loved the 1 bedroom suite. Queen beds were comfy. Even though it was by thr airport, it was super quiet in the room. Lobby and breakfast area was nice too.

The price was almost double from the last time we stayed . When you pay that much the expectations go up or in our case we only stay one night instead of two😪

Construction, entire block next door..Construction noise all day...trucks back up beep constant, from sun up to sun down. Found several half empty bottles on floors in room and a razor.

The staff was not relaying information to other staff. We asked for a crib bed when checked in and left for a couple hours then came back and asked again and the staff member had no knowledge of a crib bed being requested. Second we asked in the morning for our room just to be vacuumed and when we came back in evening no one came to vacuum and since it was late no one could vacuum. Third there was a trash bag that had been sitting by the ice machine since we got there and hadn’t been picked up by anyone since we left.
The room size was excellent and it was quiet and nice in the area we were located in.

Room was in need of a deeper clean (curtains were musty, carpet was kinda gross, there was mildew in one bathroom) and the decor and furniture could use some updating. Apparently car thefts are quite bad there with reviews as old as years ago and new as last week talking about it. Opted to pay to park at the airport and use hotel’s free shuttle (3 minute drive).
Room was huge and beds were comfortable, common areas were quite nice, breakfast was decent

The pool and recreation area closes very early and that’s inconvenient because it’s so hot during the day.

They state the suite was good for 7 but only had accommodations for 6 and the host was not available readily to get a cot if one was available.
Breakfast was great, size of the room was good. Has a full kitchen which would've been great had we brought food to cook instead of eating out.
