Friendly staff, comfortable clean room. The room has a coffee machine and everything you need for cooking. The hotel has a laundry room for clients.

Pool not accessible during our stay with short notice to rebook for another hotel. Breakfast was underwhelming. Room had an pungent smell of BO.

Convenient location right off the highway and close to Boulevard Mall. Rachel and Rae very courteous and accommodating when our check in was delayed.

I actually decided to do some research on this property and learned that it was built in 2005 and renovated in 2017. The property was so well maintained and clean that I thought perhaps it was just renovated within the past 12 months. The staff were very friendly and attentive to guests. Everything was lovely and I felt very safe during my stay. Having such a comfortable atmosphere to return to and to relax in at night , was a major factor in me having a wonderful weekend.

Breakfast wasn't that good. It had lots of stuff but not so great quality products. Eggs had wierd texture, yogurts full of sugar, not so many fruits, basic cereal. But of course, better than nothing. There is no other choice around and at least you have something on your belly until lunch in Niagara or else. I would have like to have more information about Niagara Falls visit with the girls at the front desk.

We were going to Niagara falls and we found location to be really good. 25min - 30min drive to the falls. The hotel is good, clean, we found the room very confortable. :) They have a book in reception with good choices for dinner in the city.

There was no gluten free options for breakfast, which was disappointing. I could only eat boiled eggs and fruit for breakfast.

We liked the outside seating area, the basketball field for the kids to play in, and the bbq for guests to use. The swimming pool and whirlpool were also excellent.

When we arrived in our room, there was only one bath towel. There also weren't enough pillows. We had 2 adults and 3 children. I called down our 1st morning to have the extras sent up. They weren't there when we left around noon to do our excursions for the day. When we came back early evening, I stayed in the lobby and waited for my husband to go up to the room to confirm whether they had been brought up or not. They had but had been left outside of our room rather than putting them right inside the door.

There were a lot of options for breakfast. Pool area was well maintained. The shower toiletries were good quality and good for those with sensitive skin. Staff was friendly.

The staff was super friendly & helpful. The facilities were very clean. The lobby & outdoor grill/firepit area looked newly redone… very nice. Also a small basketball court. The room itself was clean but pretty outdated especially the bathroom. Typical tub shower w orange wall paper & old tiled floor w grout that looked worn/dirty. Altho it looked a bit tired it was clean! The pool area w hot tub was nice as well.

The temperature in the room to low 67F I tried to go up without any result. Cover to thin for the cold winter at that time was 6F Mattress needs replacement, have a ¨valley¨ and we were fighting whole night to stay on our sides of the bed. During the night another quest was having conversation at 2am till 3am on the corridor on the speaker phone!!!

The room was clean! Front desk inviting, courteous and helpful. Easy to check in and check out without fuss. Great room and inviting lobby. Friendly staff ready to help and reacting to mine greeting.

The location was convenient to all major highways around the Amherst/Buffalo area. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Our room, however, overlooked the 290 off ramp so it was slightly noisy and not a pleasant view (not a lot they can do about that though). The room was clean. Kitchen had good amenities. Workout area was small but nice. Pool facilities were good. Buffet breakfast included hot options like pancakes or eggs.

I checked in online for the digital key but I still had to go to the front desk though it was explained that was due to adjustments to a new system. I would have liked to have had liquid hand soap at the bathroom sink and dish soap at the kitchen sink. Also, the closet doors by the bathroom sink were quite squeaky. They could have used some grease.

The staff (front desk, kitchen, housekeeping) was very friendly. It's a nice touch that the front desk texts you to see if everything is to your liking. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I liked the nice neutral colored, textured wallpaper. I also appreciated the hand-held shower head. The Saturday breakfast was unique and tasty. They had assemble yourself tortillas with pulled pork, scrambled eggs, potatoes and an array of toppings in addition to fresh fruit, pastries, bagels, and oatmeal.
