The pillows hurt my neck, the eggs at breakfast tasted weird and there was brown stuff splattered on the ceiling in my room.

Very small dining table was cramped for only two people. Bathroom sink was open to bedroom so no privacy and had noise to wakeup sleeping guests. Parking lot at night was very full but we ultimately were able to find a spot.

Very nice one-bedroom suite. Breakfast buffet had everything! Hot and tasty. Appreciated the privacy of a bedroom with a door that closes, instead of a partition. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff was amazing.

I had a room next to the pool which is fine but the dark curtains didn't close and the pool lights were left on all night - had to tie the curtains closed to make it dark enough to sleep. And as always, you fall straight through the pillows.

I was told by the ones that used the sofa bed that it was very uncomfortable. Also in the bedroom I found a pill under the bed, we looked up the markings on the pill and it was Sudafed, but still scary because I have a 1 year old. I feel like housekeeping should really make sure they vacuum under the beds as well and even check to make sure there isn't anything under them. Also we were told that don't have housekeeping on the weekend.

I liked the suite. It was a really good size. The beds in the bedroom were very comfortable. The bathroom was very large. I liked the closet. And I liked the large mirrors in the bathroom. The livingroom was pretty large as well. And lots of sitting places.

The pressure of the shower head was weak, and maybe more comfortable pillows would make it a top 10.

Everyday breakfast was something different and the Evening Wednesday Dinner & Drinks was just what we needed after a long day at the theme parks. We enjoyed it very much.

We had kids above us that was running up stairs all day and night. We complained numerous of times. I was traveling with my disabled daughter who was really bothered by the noise. There was no soap during our visit. Maybe we needed to ask. Getting a night discounted or even compensated would have been appreciated.

The ONLY thing we didn’t like the the fridge in the room made such a loud noise nonstop. Everything else was perfect.

Room was great and perfect size for our family of 5. We all enjoyed breakfast and enjoyed that the tv had the capability to add our Netflix info or other streaming devices. The staff was very friendly and the person who checked us in was very kind.

a little pricey, and we were initially given a stuffy room with a portable AC unit; apparently the regular AC in that room was not working. we asked for another room, and they managed to come up with a regular room with real AC. I just wonder how we were initially selected to get the crappy room with no discount offered or anything. seems odd that they would give anybody that room as long as there was another available.

Evening staff were not helpful, another guest accidentally accessed my room and the staff offered no solution. Only said that no one was given my key. We asked for extra blanket to be delivered to room. It was left outside the door. No one knocked to let us know they brought it. some of the room was worn, bare spot on carpet and upholstery stained.

Kitchen lacked a scrubbing sponge for cleaning dishes, but front desk was able to help out.

There were a lot of options for breakfast and the main entrees (eggs, meats, etc) changed daily. Staff were all very nice and helpful.

For some reason there were a lack of hangers in the closet, but that was remedied by a visit to the front desk.

It's nice to have access to a kitchen for cooking/reheating food so you don't always have to eat out.

pool was freezing cold. Jacuzzi Luke warm but still ok. no A/c instructions. Breakfast was from just 6-9:00 which created a huge rush for families at 8:00 empties of trays left in their wake. Suggest extending it at least until 8:30 so it’s more spread out for Legoland seekers.

suite with 2 rooms for a family with kids. 3 beds. got pool towels upon request. Room had a kitchenette and large refrigerator. Full service breakfast.

Hallways were dirty and cleanliness could improve. Although their maid service was excellent.

Happy to have cooked food for breakfast but the selection was very minimal and eggs were substitute eggs, not real scrambled eggs. Would have preferred some better selections and actual eggs.

No bacon in breakfast, No room cleaning service on weekends, staff doesn't call back to return calls or questions. No legoland shuttle.

Room is Good quality and spacious. Only place with 2 smart TVs in a room. Kitchenette was fully equipped.

the stove inside didn’t heat up too high so it was hard to cook anything. so we took our meat outside to the grill. we would have been there for hours trying to cook it in our room.

More cleaning service without requesting. It’s a nice touch to have someone make your bed. I didn’t know booking from a third party did not go towards Hilton honor system.

Typical breakfast of fast food. I liked the oatmeal with walnuts.
