Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The shower curtain had black mold on it and there wall mounted soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The art was the worst I have ever seen.
The property was close to where we wanted to be.

the sofa bed was a bit old and tired. Not very comfortable to sleep in or sit on as a couch.
Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

The cooktop didn’t work (we had to use the microwave), toiletries were not replenished until we asked (toilet paper, tissues, shampoo) even though room service came in. We stayed a week. Lighting was terrible—better lights and the place would go from full to cozy. Beds, especially pull out couch were lumpy and unsupportive.
The breakfast had a great variety both each day and throughout the week. The space was good and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helped us out!

Construction created lots of noise even on our floor which was not under construction. Contractor employees entered our room without notice while we were out . Not happy about that. Workers in our room took several hours so we had to stay out for that time . The Internet was hard to connect too. Apple based equipment had the biggest problem. Sometimes could not . Android was much easier. We were using the Hilton Honors Network .
Location and breakfasts had a good selection and tasted good Local dining around the hotel was adequate. Had a wine and snack hour on Wednesday night which was nice .

Cost seemed a little high, almost $200 a night.
The desk host Drue was great, very helpful. Also an evening desk host, didn’t find out her name, gave us a great recommendation for drinks and dinner.

Could have been more fresh fruit at breakfast. Probably okay to stop putting plastic wrap on fruit and purchasing individually wrapped cups. That's not how covid is transmitted usually.
Large, comfortable, clean room. Breakfasts were good and breakfast area was large, easy to maintain distance from others.

The couch has seen better days. On a positive note they are getting ready to update the property.
The location was quiet and near the mountains. I also found the bed to be very comfortable. The breakfast included bacon!

They did not clean our room or take out the trash daily or even at all while we were there for 5 days, and we leafy every day for the whole day. I had to end up taking the trash out and put it in a bigger trash can in the hallway.
Everything about the hotel was awesome, except the daily cleaning services.

It is time to replace floor coverings in the rooms. Two light fixtures the bulbs were out. Refrigerator was very noisy. The hotel charged our credit card $65.00 more than the Bookings total promised price. The lady at check out desk was less than friendly. I asked for a close out bill copy and she said she did not have it as I would be billed by Bookings. That seemed strange as I have used Bookings around the world and never had that response before. She handed me a blank check out receipt and said she didn’t even have my CC # on file. Something a bit shady going on at this hotel.
Location was great for us. Breakfast good. Bed was comfy.

Unfortunately, the hotel's water heater went out. We didn't have hot water - couldn't take a shower. We transferred to a different hotel. We only stayed one night of the planned four.
I liked the big rooms. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure. Friendly staff. Good location. Definitely a better than average hotel. Looking forward to staying here again.
