The table lamp in the living room of room 200 has a wonky switch (or perhaps the bulb) and only works 10% of the time. The dishwasher did not clean the dishes. Sounds from the hallway easily penetrated the door - and there were kids playing in the hall three nights out of four!!!

Weekday breakfasts were excellent, weekends less impressive (and a lot more crowded)

Key cards (for all rooms) did not work for most of my stay, so someone had to go with me every time I went to the room. And no offer of any discount or amenities.

The breakfast left lots to be desired, unfortunately. They are not trying to impress the costumers here. Please consider this when buying stock for breakfast. Also, our bathroom had filthy, sticky floors upon arrival and dirty countertops.

The room was very spacious. The people working there were quite kind. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was great. The kitchen was so nice to have! The room had 3 windows, which actually opened.

A front desk provided short-cut to our accommodations went badly for us; we ended up not doing it the short-cut for the 3.5 days we were there.

The breakfast was just ok. The toast was stale and the toaster was not working. Things ran out the first morning but they had better variety the second day.

We went for the Woodward Dream cruise with some friends. The staff were engaging and very helpful. The hotel was clean.

Breakfast is served in plastic dishes, plastic cups, and plastic cutlery. I accepted that in 2020 and 2021 because of Covid-19 pandemic. But now no longer anymore!

I wish the breakfast included a bit of veggies too. The AC didn't work properly, the floors were sticky even after being cleaned. The beddings of the cot bed were not replaced at all- we stayed for 10 days.

This is our second time at the hotel, the breakfast was lovely especially on the days that they served rice with kimchi, furikake and seaweed, yum! The staff is exceptional! They are all so kind, attentive and helpful. The pool is an absolute must, so calming and soothing. The fact that it's next to a Walmart and some other stores makes it extremely convenient especially since you have a full functioning kitchen in the room. We absolutely love this hotel.

The light quilt on our bed was torn in several places. The overall condition of furnishings was worn and a bit dated but the torn bed quilt was inexcusable.

Very spacious suite and comfortable bed. All staff we interacted with were helpful, professional and very friendly. The breakfast was good — a much better selection than some hotels now offer.

the bathroom was uncomfortable. toilet heights too low. TVs too small and hard d to navigate. something was wrong with the heating system . one room was too hot and the bedroom too cold. I hated the bed and the too small blankets

The desk furniture in our room was beat up.

The staff greeted you every time you saw them in the hall. The front desk always greeted you with a smile. The breakfast area staff was prompt and friendly.

The staff at check in was unclear about where it was best to park/enter the hotel with our luggage. More coffee in the room would have been nice in the morning.

The room was clean, quiet, and fairly spacious. The bed/bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was the "standard free breakfast fare", but the dining area was large and allowed for a comfortable distance from other guests.

8 am on a Saturday they started to cut grass and blow the leaves. noisy and inconvenient. you display the room as a queen suite with a king bed. No king bed in this room.

Room could have been cleaner. There was mold in the bathroom. Carpeting didn't seem as if it had been vacuumed. Wiped TV remote with cleaning wipe provided, wipe was brown. Pull-out sofa beds really need to be updated.....very uncomfortable.

We were grateful for a room upgrade at check-In. There is also continental breakfast available.

The elevators were being repaired, so I had to take the stairs and then walk to the opposite end of the building several times to wash, dry, and retrieve my laundry.

The pool and breakfast was great. I appreciate that you had Turkey Sausage and not just pork breakfast meat.
