I didn’t realize until about the 2nd day that there was a used bath towel left hanging on the bathroom door from the previous guest. Also on my last day, I had not test checked out, and was running in and out from the room and housekeeping came in to clean. She left her cleaning supplies and the door wedged open and my carryon luggage and purse etc was in the room. I was not very happy about this. She came back in when I was in there and I told her I was checking out but not yet.. and she apologized and said she would come back. She was nice and I know she was embarrassed and also new.. but her supervisor should probably not have had her go into my room yet.

I love the amount of space and comfort in Homewood Suites accommodations. I liked the location but it was a little further from Colorado State University, which is where my entire quick trip was based around going to sports events there.

The hotel will need to be renovated at some point and is a bit overpriced for what it is.

This is my third or fourth stay at the hotel. It is fairly basic (including the breakfast which however is filling) but I found the staff this time friendly and helpful. The rooms are also good sized and the cleaning service (every other day unless you request it to be more often) is also good. If you're expectations aren't too high, it's a decent place to stay.

The hot tub was broken, and the heater in the pool was broken. The pool was ice cold. I booked online, and it didn't say anything about the pool or hot tub being broken it was just disappointing because that was one of the reasons why we chose that hotel.

The maintenance of the rooms still has potential, e.g. the sink drain was not in order. My recommendation would be to change the disinfectant, it smells really unpleasant.

From my point of view, the hotel can be recommended for a shorter stay. The price-performance ratio is good. Large parking lot, easy access to the hotel from both sides, elevator is spacious and arrives quickly. Breakfast is varied and carefully prepared. And there is even ceramic crockery and metal cutlery. The gym is rudimentary, but at least there's one. Right next to the pool. The staff are very friendly (with one exception, but it was very early in the morning) and helpful! Thanks! Efficient check in and check out.

The parking was far from our room. No matter what door we went in, it was quite a hike to get to our corner of the hotel. The cooling system was also extremely loud and made it hard to relax at times-when it would kick on or off it was a bit jolting.

Very nice room, good breakfast and excellent location! We also enjoyed the pool area and wish we had more time to enjoy the patio and basketball court. Helpful staff, had everything we needed.

shower head room 327 not adjustable, so it was tilted towards the wall. not comfortable to hug the wall while showering! shower needs liquid plumber! price jumped way up for the weekend! housekeeping should be daily without having to request especially at the premium room rate.

Our stay was very positive. We stayed at our local Homewood suites while some work was being done on our home. The staff was friendly and responsive, the suite was spacious and comfortable and everything was very clean. The complimentary breakfast was a step above typical hotel breakfasts with different options each day. And the hotel is pet friendly so we were able to bring our dog. We highly recommend this hotel!

We were taking our kids for a weekend stay and specifically booked a hotel with a pool. I even called agreed to confirm the pool was open and available for guests. When we got there, the pool was freezing, and we were told the heater had broken and wouldn’t be replaced for a month. There was no signage to indicate this, we found out when we tried to swim.

No sheets were in the room for the queen sofa bed. Some of the baseboards in the room were ripped off and looked pretty bad. The blanket for the sofa bed was filthy and had holes in it.

The carpet needs to be shampooed or changed. The bathtub bottom is curved slightly too much. Feels slippery to stand on at first.
